Is Breaking Bad's Bryan Cranston about to get even "badder" in his next role?

The Emmy-winning actor, 57, is rumored to have been cast as Lex Luthor, Superman's evil nemesis, in the much-discussed 2015 sequel to this summer's Man of Steel, according to information first published by Cosmic Book News.

Cranston and studio Warner Bros. have not commented on any reports.

Ben Affleck to Play Batman in 2015 Superman Sequel

As most everyone knows, billionaire Bruce Wayne has an alter ego. But as was announced late Thursday, it's something of a surprise: Ben Affleck will play Batman in an upcoming sequel to this summer's hit Man of Steel.

For the first time, too, the Caped Crusader will join forces with Superman, again to be played by British actor Henry Cavill, 31, in the as-yet-untitled movie to be directed by Man of Steel's Zack Snyder.

The mash-up will begin production next year and be released July 17, 2015, reports EW.com. Man of Steel stars Amy Adams (as Lois Lane), Laurence Fishburne (Perry White) and Diane Lane (Martha Kent) have also been announced to return.

William, Kate and Harry Visit the Home of Harry Potter

Britain's young Royal Muggles had a magical day out with a visit to the studio where the Harry Potter movies were filmed.

Prince William, Kate and Prince Harry toured Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden near London, home to the newly launched Making of "Harry Potter" studio tour.

There, the royals, accompanied by 500 children and adults from charities they support, got a wand lesson, visited the Hogwarts Great Hall and saw props, costumes and models from the Potter series as well as some other movies.

"Where's my brother, why isn't he doing this?" William, brandishing a wooden wand, said during the lesson.

As Kate (who also had a wand, and wore a cream-colored dress with black spots from TopShop) and William giggled, they were given some "spell techniques' by tour guide Scott Heron, then asked to face a group of children called "Dumbledore's Army" – to whom William bellowed, "Expelliarmos!"
