Justin Bieber 'Getting Better' After Becoming Sick On Stage

For Justin Bieber, the show must always go on.

After throwing up on stage during his Believe tour Saturday night, the pop star seems to be taking it easy before he takes the stage in Las Vegas.

"Getting better for tomorrow's show!" Tweeted Bieber, 18, following his Glendale, Ariz., concert, in which he soldiered through a 21-song set despite a seemingly upset stomach.

His turn at the Jobing.com Arena came to the encouragement of his fans, who showed their support for their idol after he became ill mid-show and left the stage twice.

It's clear Justin Bieber believes – just check out the singer's left forearm.

Bieber showed off his new ink, the word "believe," on Thursday during "Ask Justin: YouTube Presents Justin Bieber with Jimmy Fallon," where the pair answered questions submitted by fans.

Bieber, 18, told PEOPLE he got the ink "just yesterday." And turns out he visited celeb-favorite New York City tattoo artist Bang Bang's shop.

Bang Bang that same day Tweeted, "@justinbieber thx for my tat bro!"

Sure, he's already got his Beliebers, but Justin Bieber is on a mission to convince the unconverted that he's the real deal on his new album.

To that end, he takes a page from another Justin – Timberlake – who went from teen-pop heartthrob with 'N Sync to grown-up artist in his solo career by adding elements of R&B and hip-hop. While the transformation isn't complete for Bieber at just 18, he smoothly makes some similar strides into manhood.

On "Boyfriend," the hypnotic hit first single, he's a rhyme-busting B-boy who is equal parts swagger and sweetness. He leaves the rapping to Nicki Minaj, Big Sean and "Baby" collaborator Ludacris on some electro-infused tracks, while Drake makes the perfect partner in croon on "Right Here," a hot summer slow jam.
