Rachael Ray, zookeeper?

She's not quitting her day job, but for a fun visit to the Philly Zoo, the talk show host got to work closely with the animals, like this giraffe.

In addition to feeding an entire family of giraffes and giving watermelon to tortoises, Ray approached a lion named Zenda (staying a safe distance outside the female's den) and fed Zenda some evaporated milk, one of her favorite treats.

Rachael Ray Meets Bo Obama!

It isn't everyday that Rachael Ray gets to meet the country's most beloved dog – but on a recent day at the White House, the talk show host got to meet Bo Obama for the first time.

For a special episode of the Rachael Ray Show, Ray joined Michelle Obama for a barbecue on the South Lawn. They cooked up three dishes using ingredients from the First Lady's vegetable garden.

As if that weren't enough of a treat, Ray (who makes no secret of her bias towards dogs) sat down with Bo for an "interview," during which they looked through Mrs. Obama's new book, American Grown.

There's more to Thanksgiving than the staples, and Rachael Ray is serving up something that might just score with the whole family.

Her hearty Touchdown Chili – which brings the heat and a generous helping of beef – is the perfect companion for kicking back on the couch and watching football, regardless of which team you're rooting for.

"I named it 'Touchdown Chili' simply because I made it on the first day of the season for my team, the Jets," she tells PEOPLE. "My husband and I love chili so much."

Rachael Ray Hits Back at Rocky Marriage Rumors

Rachael Ray is hitting back at tabloid rumors that her marriage is on the rocks.

During a taping of her talk show Monday, the normally bubbly cook said that constant reports about the state of her marriage to John Cusimano are starting to upset her, an observer tells PEOPLE.

"Everybody gossips ... but this stuff is hurting people's feelings who are in our families and friends of ours," Ray told the audience on the show, set to air Friday. "They worry about us."
