Who's the intense-looking dude in the shades, wide-brimmed hat and shaggy coat with the amazing abs peeking out? None other than Tom Cruise leading an all-star cast in the poster for the upcoming Rock of Ages based on the Broadway show and opening in movie theaters June 15.

Against a soundtrack that includes Def Leppard, Joan Jett, Journey, Foreigner, Bon Jovi, Night Ranger, REO Speedwagon, Pat Benatar, Twisted Sister and Poison, Cruise stars as an aging rocker alongside Julianne Hough, Russell Brand, Paul Giamatti, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Malin Akerman, Mary J. Blige, Bryan Cranston and soon-to-be groom Alec Baldwin.

There's singing, there's dancing, there's sex – and there's long hair for days.

Tom Cruise, Alec Baldwin, Julianne Hough, Russell Brand and Catherine Zeta-Jones make up the ensemble cast of the long-awaited Rock of Ages musical movie based on the Broadway production of the same name.

Set in 1987, the film follows Hough's character Sherrie Christian's romance with musician Drew Boley in the company of the rock music scene.

Deep down, are you an '80s arena-rock legend who was born a generation too late? Adam Shankman wants to hear from you.

The Hairspray director and So You Think You Can Dance judge, who is adapting the musical Rock of Ages for New Line Cinema, is holding an open casting call in L.A. this Saturday for the role of Drew Boley – the aspiring rocker first played on Broadway by American Idol's Constantine Maroulis.

Producers are looking for "a male actor between 18 and 25 with a real rock 'n' roll singing voice."
