30 Rock was always delicious in the way it ridiculed NBC and its crazy corporate culture. And it may have also been the first to poke fun at one of the network's most important past stars.
In an episode titled "The Bubble" from March 2009, Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin) brings in a Bill Cosby impersonator to convince Tracy Jordan (Tracy Morgan) via telephone to stay with TGS, the show within the show. Instead of reveling in the notion that his childhood idol was on the phone, Jordan lays into the man for his past behavior.
