Is it a makeover ... or a breakover?
According to Jason Priestley, Jennie Garth's recent body makeover may have gotten a boost from good old-fashioned heartbreak.
"You spend a little time in Heartbreak Hotel, that's what happens. Heartbreak Hotel diet is a good one," Priestley joked with PEOPLE at the National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE) convention in Miami on Monday, where he is promoting the new season of his comedy Call Me Fitz.

This year has been one of major change for Jennie Garth – and not all of it was easy.
The sad reality that her 11-year marriage to actor Peter Facinelli was ending, combined with hitting the milestone age of 40, sparked the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star to revamp her life.
In PEOPLE's new cover story, a candid Garth says, " has been a bit of a rebirth for me as a person by shedding that negative space and all the pain associated with that time."

Living like Kelly Taylor and Donna Martin still doesn't come cheap.
The signature blue beach house inhabited by Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling's iconic Beverly Hills, 90210 characters is up for grabs – but with an approximate $9 million price tag.
Home to many parties, break-ups and bitter confrontations, the 2,900 square-foot, Hermosa Beach, Calif., house most notably holds the memory of Donna's lost virginity. She finally gave it up to longtime on-screen beau David Silver, played by Brian Austin Green, who lived in the home with the girls for some time.

Shannen Doherty is considered an iconic Hollywood "bad girl" of the nineties. But compared to party girls of today, like Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton, the Beverly Hills, 90210 actress considers herself and her former antics relatively tame.
"I never did a sex tape," Doherty, 39, tells Parade. "I never didn't wear panties and flash a camera ... When I made a mistake, I would admit to it. These girls don't seem to see their own mistakes, much less learn from them."
The actress, who says she's "shed" her past negative reputation because today she's "kind of a different person," believes it may be more challenging for Lohan to overcome her struggles.

Who knew sexy Annalynne McCord is just as comfortable playing an on-screen siren as she is wielding a six shooter?
"I'm from Atlanta. You can take the girl out of the south, but you can't take the south out of the girl," the 90210 vixen said Saturday in Las Vegas while celebrating the launch of the Fallout: New Vegas video game. "I like to shoot guns."
The 23-year-old safe shooter even has her eye on a particular model to call her own: a Colt M1911 with a handle made from Mother of Pearl. One thing she won't be doing with it though is shooting live targets.
"I like to shoot targets that are not living," McCord said at the party at Rain Nightclub of sticking to shooting ranges and target practice. "Unless they're on a video game, then I don't mind spreading some blood."

Even almost a decade after the original Beverly Hills, 90210 series finale – and before CW launched its 90210 remake – Aaron Spelling still had the famous zip code on his mind.
"Aaron talked about ... the idea of sort of doing a new 90210," Jason Priestley told reporters in a conference call on Tuesday. "He was talking about it right up until the time that he passed away."
Although Spelling, who died in June 2006, didn't get a chance to see the 90210 spinoff, Priestley said he's sure the TV mogul is "looking down on all of this and smiling very broadly."

Tori Spelling would like to return to her old zip code.
The actress has yet to be contacted by the producers of the Beverly Hills, 90210 remake the CW is developing, but Spelling, who played Donna Martin on the original show for 10 years, is ready to step up if she gets offered a role.
"My dad always wanted to do a new version of 90210, so I'm sure he will be beaming from above!" Spelling, 34, tells PEOPLE, referring to her father, the show's producer Aaron Spelling. "And I'd love to somehow be a part of it. That as well would make my dad proud!"

It was like old times back at the Peach Pit on Friday night, as the cast of Beverly Hills, 90210 – minus Brenda and Dylan – reunited in (where else?) Beverly Hills for the DVD release of the show's 1990 debut season.
