Nobody steals from the Cake Boss and gets away with it.

Hundreds of people were waiting Tuesday morning in downtown Pittsburgh to get the free cakes from the star of the Hoboken, N.J.-based TV show Cake Boss, Buddy Valastro.

Police spokeswoman Diane Richard says William Davenport cut the line and took four cakes worth about $27 each from a storage area. Police say when they stopped Williams he apologized for stealing the confections and admitted he was intoxicated.

To mark its 20-millionth adoption, Petfinder hosted an affair at the St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center in Madison, N.J., over the summer and turned to local boy Buddy Valastro to help celebrate.

The organization's co-founder, Betsy Banks Saul, visited Carlo's Bakery and requested a cake centered around the theme of "going home." Whipping up one of his signature confections, the Cake Boss star created an impressive animal house adorned with horses, cows and other creatures.

Buddy Valastro usually focuses on creating sweet confections for people, but the Cake Boss star has some sad news to share.

"I can confirm that my mother Mary – the heartbeat of the Valastro family and Momma to all of Carlo's Bakery – has been diagnosed with ALS," the TLC reality star tells PEOPLE exclusively.

"She is tackling it with the strength and determination she always shows," Valastro adds of his mom, 64. "The entire family is in this together, fighting for her."

Cake Boss star Buddy Valastro and his wife Lisa celebrated their 10th anniversary in a big way – with a second wedding.

"They were married Oct. 15, 10 years and 1 day after their first wedding, surrounded by their closest family and friends," a rep for the Hoboken, N.J.-based baker and reality star tells PEOPLE.

Their four children, Sofia, 8, Buddy Jr., 6, Marco, 4, and Carlo, 8 months, were also present for the ceremony, which took place aboard a Disney cruise in the tropics and was filmed for Valastro's TLC series Cake Boss, which airs Mondays at 10.

Talk about the perfect occasion for a kick-ass cake!

Cake Boss star Buddy Valastro is planning an over-the-top vow renewal ceremony with wife Lisa for their tenth anniversary on Oct. 14 – and the first step was a surprise proposal.

"I wanted to do something special and include our four kids in it," says Valastro, 34, father of Sofia, 8, Buddy Jr., 6, Marco, 4 and Carlo, 7 months, who filmed the surprise proposal for his hit TLC series, which returns Monday at 10 p.m. ET.

"The kids came to make cupcakes that spelled 'marry us' and when I brought her in, she looked down and saw it and she was so shocked," he says. "It was pretty cool. The kids were on their knees and I was too. My wife deserves it. She's such a good wife and mother."

Cake Boss star Buddy Valastro is a dad for the fourth time, his rep tells PEOPLE.

Valastro's wife Lisa, who also appears on the TLC show, gave birth to son Carlo Salvatore Valastro on Monday, Feb. 14 at 5:11 p.m. The baby boy was born at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston N.J., weighing in at 7 lbs., 3 oz., and measuring 20 inches long.

"We feel so blessed to welcome a healthy new baby into our family," Valastro, 33, tells PEOPLE. "Lisa’s doing great and we can't wait to bring Carlo home."

Cake Boss baker and reality TV personality Sal Picinich passed away from cancer on Sunday at age 63, Northern New Jersey newspaper The Record reports.

Picinich, born on the Croatian island of Susak, worked for more than four decades at Carlo's Bakery in Hoboken, N.J., where the hit TLC series – which follows the adventures of Buddy "The Cake Boss" Valastro – is set.

A rep for the bakery says Valastro looked up to Picinich as a "second father." Picinich had worked under Valastro's late father, Buddy, Sr.

There's another bun in the oven for TLC's Cake Boss star Buddy Valastro. He and wife Lisa are expecting baby no. 4 in February.

"Lisa and I are thrilled to be welcoming our fourth child into the world," Valastro, 33, who is dad to Sofia, 7, Buddy, 6, and Marco, 3, tells PEOPLE. "Our three children are looking forward to adding a new brother or sister."

The pregnancy will be a storyline on the latest season of Cake Boss, airing Mondays at 9 p.m.
