Are you ready for more Botched?
Doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow make their living fixing plastic surgery disasters. From bad boob jobs to deflated implants, they've seen it all.
On the first season of the addictive E! series, we met a woman who's had 200 surgeries, a man who paid $100,000 to look like Justin Bieber and a woman with size triple L breasts (and she wanted to go bigger!).
It doesn't seem like the show could possibly top those colorful characters, but it's certainly going to try in Season 2, if the submissions in this exclusive supertease are anything to go by. Check it out below.

The loss of Joan Rivers left an empty seat on E!'s Fashion Police – one that can never be fully filled again.
"It's not about replacing Joan Rivers – no one can replace Joan Rivers. Ever," host Giuliana Rancic told PEOPLE. "It's more about the show just being a great show and a fun show."
Rancic, who brought husband Bill to The Grove in Los Angeles on Monday to promote Nestle Nescafe, fondly remembered her costar and dear friend, who died Sept. 4 at the age of 81.

All hail Joan Collins.
The Dynasty actress has closed a deal to guest-star on E!'s first scripted series, The Royals, an hour-long drama about a fictional British royal family set in modern-day London.
In her role, Collins, 81, will play the Grand Duchess of Oxford, otherwise known as the mother of Queen Helena (Elizabeth Hurley).

This week's episode of Botched introduces us to our future reality show obsession, a Madonna impersonator and a woman whose botched surgery made her look like Miss Piggy.
Saaphyri, Reality Rock Star
Saaphyri has the vaguely recognizable face of a reality show lifer. You know you've seen her before in those hours lost to half-watching VH1 (ahem, Flavor of Love), but you can't quite place where.
So why is she visiting Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif? Saaphyri is here to correct a botched surgery that left a prominent dent across her stomach. She wants to reduce her breasts and top it all off with a little lipo as well.
"I need my breasts to be professional breasts, not stripper breasts," she declares. Her previous plastic surgeon sounds like the stuff of legend: After a patient died in his home, he was found murdered at a Frostee Freeze in L.A.

Drama? Not going to find it. So says Kelly Osbourne about her split from fiancé Matthew Mosshart.
E!'s Fashion Police commentator, 29, spoke out Thursday a day after news broke that she and vegan chef Mosshart no longer had plans to walk down the aisle.
"It was a mutual decision," Osbourne tells E! News. "We love each other very much. It just wasn't the right time for us and I think if we weren't as mature and adult as we are, then we could have gone down a road that wasn't really nice."

It's been two years since she beat breast cancer, but Giuliana Rancic admits she's less concerned with diet and exercise than she was before she got the disease.
"Life is to be enjoyed, not to be spent in the gym every day and not to be counting your calories," Rancic says on HuffPost Live.
Asked how she's changed her lifestyle post-cancer, the Fashion Police costar, 39, confesses she's become more relaxed about healthy eating and fitness.

Are realty TV and Olympic swimming star Ryan Lochte a perfect match?
Viewers will have their answer when his new E! show, What Would Ryan Lochte Do?, debuts April 21.
Goofily touting his boyish fashion style and his "Lochte edge," the University of Florida alum, 28, shares his life philosophy and trademarked saying "Jeah," as well as his brash and emotional take on women, who seem to be in deep supply since the 11-time Olympic medalist became a star at the London Games last year.
