NCIS: L.A. Actors' Mothers Guest Star on the Hit

Without question, the Oct. 9 episode of NCIS: L.A. is the mother of all mysteries.

While the team tracks down a suspect in a casino, four women – portrayed by the lead actors' real-life mothers – are playing poker.

When executive producer Shane Brennan e-mailed the CBS drama’s stars with the idea, "I thought it was a joke," Chris O’Donnell says. "When I found out he was serious, I was excited to call my mom. I knew this would be the biggest deal for her."

It was a thrill for the actors as well. "It was fun getting to work and seeing her in hair and makeup," Eric Christian Olsen says of having his mother, Jeanne, on-set.

LL Cool J Takes Down Intruder in His L.A. Home

Mama said knock you out!

LL Cool J – whose real name is James Todd Smith – took down an intruder who broke into his Los Angeles home early Wednesday morning, KABC reports.

While sleeping upstairs, the NCIS: Los Angeles star heard suspicious noises downstairs around 2 a.m. Upon going down to investigate, the 44-year-old rapper-actor discovered his home had been broken into by an intruder.

Eric Christian Olsen Marries Sarah Wright

Eric Christian Olsen is officially off the market.

The NCIS: Los Angeles star tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, actress Sarah Wright, on Saturday near Jackson Hole, Wyo., his rep tells PEOPLE exclusively.

"You hear people talk about cold feet, but there was never a moment of doubt with Sarah because no one makes me happier, no one makes me laugh more, and I can't imagine a better mother for our future children," Olsen, 35, tells PEOPLE.

The couple, who met in 2006, exchanged vows during an evening outdoor ceremony performed by Olsen’s father, Paul, on the grounds of the Wyoming barn the actor bought and remodeled with his family and Wright.
