Hot in Orange County!

Real Housewives of Orange County Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Barney and Gretchen Rossi visited the set of Hot in Cleveland on Friday in support of castmate Heather Dubrow's guest role.

Joined by fiancé Eddie Judge, Barney arrived at 5 p.m. with Gunvalson but Rossi and boyfriend Slade Smiley were an hour late.

"The ladies seemed to be having a good time in the audience greeting fans," an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "Tamra even got up to dance with a fellow audience member between takes."

And although they may feud on the Bravo reality show, the women couldn't have been more supportive of Dubrow.

"All the girls cheered and clapped for Heather every time she was on set," the source says.

When the taping ended, the Housewives came down to the stage to greet the cast and pose for pictures on set.

"They were overheard saying they were all going to dinner to celebrate Heather's guest role," the source adds.

There's one thing that always stays the same on The Real Housewives of Orange County: change.

On Tuesday's season finale, former "friends, soul mates, sisters" Tamra Barney and Vicki Gunvalson had a heated screaming-match at Heather Dubrow's name-changing party that seems to have ruptured their friendship for good.

Of course, that could change. After all, last season Tamra and Gretchen Rossi were at each other's throats, and this season they're pals who can't stop exchanging gifts.

The stars of Bravo's Real Housewives franchises are no strangers to plastic surgery. Whether they're getting their lips plumped, faces lifted or breasts done, there have been women on the shows willing to go under the knife on camera.

But on this season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, veteran Housewife Tamra Barney had her breast implants removed. And now she's appearing on The Dr. Oz Show to discuss why.

"I have a long list of reasons why I had them removed," Barney says in a clip of the episode airing Thursday. "Starting with they always felt too big for my body."

Who are these blond women and what have they done with Tamra Barney and Gretchen Rossi?

The Real Housewives of Orange County returned to Bravo Tuesday with the most unexpected of twists: Tamra and Gretchen kiss and make up. Okay, that's a joke – they don't kiss.

"We're trying to bury the hatchet," Gretchen tells her boyfriend Slade, who's totally against any form of reconciliation between the two women, whose hateful feud has fueled the series' recent seasons. "I just want to try and get all the negativity out of my life."

"Things with Gretchen have gotten so bad that it's basically me talking about her, her talking about me and just investing this time to dig up crap on each other's lives and for what?" Tamra explains, as the pair head out to make peace over mojitos, shrimp cocktail and meatballs.

Bravo host and behind-the-scenes executive Andy Cohen has signed a "low seven-figure" deal for his forthcoming memoir, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Cohen, 43, the network's executive vice president and host of Watch What Happens: Live says of the book: "It'll be a memoir, of sorts, about my intersections with pop culture over the years, from growing up in front of the TV as a kid in St. Louis to my years at CBS News, all the way up to today. The stories I've been saving up are funny and improbable and really define who I am today."

The book, due next summer from the New York publisher Henry Holt, so far has no title, and Cohen is asking for suggestions.
