Season 10 of The Real Housewives of Orange County premiered Monday night, and the decade anniversary of Bravo's grande dame looks juicier than ever.
Vicki Gunvalson – "the OG of the OC" – asked boyfriend Brooks Ayers, who is battling stage 3 non-Hodgkins lymphoma, to move in with her without any strings.
"It's like a prenup without a nup," she said.
Tamra Judge underwent her fifth boob job – but this time without any wives around to support her.
"I have this love-hate relationship with my boobs," said Judge. "I want them big, I want them small, I want them up, I want them down."

[BRIGHTCOVE "20915344" "" "" "auto"] After Dr. Terry Dubrow snarked about Bethenny Frankel's weight on Monday's episode of Watch What Happens Live, the Botched doctor is getting a dose of his own medicine.
Dubrow found himself in the New York Housewife's crosshairs early Tuesday after he told Andy Cohen that he'd welcome Frankel, 44, to his E! plastic surgery show just so he could "feed her a little."
"She's a little skinny-girl for me," said Dubrow, punning on Frankel's multi-million-dollar beverage brand.
After Frankel lashed out at the "fame-hungry" doctor on Twitter, she spoke to PEOPLE Now, shooting back that "people with skinny wives shouldn't throw stones."

It looks like a bicoastal Real Housewives feud is brewing.
When Dr. Terry Dubrow went on Watch What Happens Live Monday night, he was asked to pick up the scalpel, but he brought out the metaphorical claws instead.
In the show's first segment, a caller asked both Dubrow and his partner in plastic, Dr. Paul Nassif, "Which Real Housewife would you have on Botched, and what would you do to her?"

When Real Housewives of Orange County returns for season 10 later this year, audiences will finally get to see the "real" side of Heather Dubrow.
As an actress–turned–reality star, Dubrow admittedly had a bumpy transition when she joined the cast in season 7.
"I came in not knowing anyone. I came from the scripted world, and I was very uncomfortable doing reality," Dubrow tells PEOPLE.
"When I first started the show, I was very buttoned-up and very reserved. It's really been an evolution for me in the group and on the show."

While Dr. Terry Dubrow might be best known for his work with a scalpel on E!'s plastic-surgery series Botched, season 2 will see the good doctor going through prospective patients' profiles with a fine-tooth comb.
"Last season we only had 500 or 600 applicants for surgery," Dr. Dubrow tells PEOPLE. "This time we had 6,000."
He assures, "We picked the hardest and craziest and the most unfixable stories out there. It's basically season 1 on steroids."

The Real Housewives of Orange County family is getting a little larger.
Not only are all the season 9 regulars returning for the hit Bravo reality show's 10th season, PEOPLE has learned that two new faces are being added to the cast: Meghan King Edmonds and Katie Chadwick Hamilton.
Bravo has not commented on any casting news, but while Edmonds and Hamilton may be new to the show, baseball fans will already be familiar with their husbands.
