Less than a week before announcing their divorce, Kaley Cuoco gushed about her estranged husband Ryan Sweeting and his relationship with her ex – and current costar – Johnny Galecki.
"We dated like five years ago, so I think everyone's moved on," Cuoco said on Watch What Happens Live on Sept. 20. "Johnny's actually one of my best friends. It's a situation that ended well, I understand sometimes it doesn't."

Playing an on-screen love interest with an off-screen ex is pretty common on TV – think The O.C.'s Adam Brody and Rachel Bilson, One Tree Hill's Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush or Gossip Girl's Penn Badgley and Blake Lively.
But Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting says there's no awkwardness between her and her Big Bang Theory costar/former boyfriend Johnny Galecki – or between him and her husband Ryan Sweeting.
"We dated like five years ago, so I think everyone's moved on," Cuoco-Sweeting, 29, said on Watch What Happens Live on Sunday night. "Johnny's actually one of my best friends. It's a situation that ended well, I understand sometimes it doesn't."

When Kunal Nayyar's future wife came to visit him for the first time, he had a few things on his mind that made him nervous.
"I was living in a loft divided only by curtains. Would the curtains freak her out?" the Big Bang Theory star writes in his new book of essays, Yes, My Accent Is Real, which is excerpted exclusively in the latest issue of PEOPLE.
But he wasn't just worried about himself.

"We're very private," the Big Bang Theory star, 34, tells PEOPLE in this week's issue.
So when the time came to write his new book of essays, Yes, My Accent Is Real, Nayyar says he set out to tell his "underdog story" about growing up in India, moving to the U.S. and making it on a top-rated sitcom.

Mayim Bialik isn't backing down.
The Emmy-nominated Big Bang Theory star took to Facebook to defend herself after receiving backlash for an interview she gave Fox 411 last week, in which she said it wasn't "trendy" to be religious in Hollywood.
"To the man who admonished me for discussing religion bc its 'supposed to be a private matter': it is private until Fox news asks you about it because you're on a TV show," she wrote on Tuesday morning. "And also, I'm Jewish. It's not just about my religion. It's my ethnic and peoplehood. It's public whether I like it or not!"
Bialik told PEOPLE on Monday that she didn't see her comments to Fox 411 as "a negative thing."
Mayim Bialik on Her Jewish Faith Not Being 'Trendy' in Hollywood: 'I've Gotten a Lot of Negative Attention for Visiting Israel'

Mayim Bialik says it's hard to be religious in Hollywood.
"I think in general it's never going to be trendy to be observant or religious in Hollywood circles," Bialik told Fox 411 in an interview published Friday.
Bialik, 39, is of the Jewish faith and opened up about some serious backlash she received after a recent trip to Israel.
"I've gotten a lot of negative attention for visiting Israel," she said, recalling a visit to a friend in the Israel Defense Forces. "That's what amazing. … Simply by going to Israel this summer and saying nothing more than, 'I've gone to Israel,' I got the same amount of hatred and threats and anti-Semitism for actually making a statement trying to support people [who] whether I like it or not are serving in an army."
"That reveals the truth," she continued. "It really doesn't matter what I support or believe; the fact that I'm Jewish and go there is enough – that should be alarming to most people."
