There'll be a new face on The Price Is Right next week.
James O'Halloran, an Australian model and actor, has won a competition to join the show as the second male model in the program's history.
After a nationwide casting call, producers narrowed the field down to a group of semifinalists who competed in various modeling tasks. (Think America's Next Top Model with less Tyra and more abs.) Three finalists emerged, and America voted for the favorite one. In the end, O'Halloran beat out finalists Jay Byars and Jonathan Morgan.

It's the season for shopping, or at least that's what the holiday advertisements tell us. It's up to you whether you hit the malls or just stay home and make your loved ones homemade Popsicle-stick ornaments this year, but in either case, we've got a treat for you. We're rounding up The Price Is Right, Supermarket Sweep and TV's other delightfully weird, shopping-centric game shows.

One of the greatest songs of all time now has a music video to match.

Bob Barker wants to remind you one more time to have your pets spayed or neutered!
To celebrate his 90th birthday, Barker decided to return to The Price Is Right for another round of showcase showdowns.
The pre-taped show will air on Barker's birthday, Dec. 12, during a weeklong celebration that will feature pet adoptions in honor of the animal activist.
Barker has returned to the show only one other time since he handed over the skinny microphone to comedian Drew Carey in 2007.

Rob Wilson, come on down!
Wilson, a 24-year-old actor, beat out hundreds of other hopefuls to become the first male model in the 40-year history of The Price Is Right.
"It's been really exciting," Wilson told PEOPLE on Friday. "I've been getting calls all morning."
The 6'-tall, brown-haired Boston-area native attended an open call in Los Angeles before being selected in an online reality series. He will appear on the CBS show starting Oct. 15 for one week – maybe longer, if all works out.
"As long as the people love it and people want to see more of me on the show [I would stay]," he said. "But as an actor this is just a great opportunity."
