Despite looming legal troubles, Teresa Giudice and her daughters were the picture of a happy family on Friday.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star may have been attempting to maintain a sense of normalcy in the midst of the 39-count fraud indictment she faces with her husband, treating daughters Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana to shaved ice at a park.

Teresa and husband Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice are charged with conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud as well as making false statements on loan applications. The couple were released on a $500,000 bond each after surrendering their passports during a court appearance on July 30.

What's the toughest part about being a Real Housewife of New Jersey?

"Fame," Teresa Giudice told PEOPLE last year. "Being scrutinized. It's hard being judged when people don't really know you."

Now the reality show's star and husband Joe are paying what their lawyers say is a huge price for that notoriety.

The couple were released Tuesday on $500,000 bond each after being charged with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud.

Before the explosive new season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey premieres June 2 on Bravo, Andy Cohen is sitting down with the show's feuding stars to discuss a number of topics, including how close relationships were fractured.

Among them? Melissa Gorga's song, "On Display."

Apparently, her sister-in-law Teresa Giudice thinks the song – which Gorga wrote and recorded during her first season on the show – may be about her.

"So many people told me that," Teresa tells Cohen in a clip of Watch What Happens Live: NJ Housewives Tell All, airing Sunday (8 p.m. ET) on Bravo.

The issue is in the lyrics about being followed by paparazzi.

Originally posted 04/05/2013 01:00PM

Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Jacqueline Laurita, her husband Christopher and Joe Gorga are facing criminal charges after a bloody, sink-throwing brawl reportedly broke out at a grand opening party for Kim DePaola's new clothing store in Ridgewood, N.J., on Saturday.

The trio allegedly attacked a guest after he made fun of the Lauritas' son Nicholas, 3, who suffers from autism, the couple revealed last year. Bravo cameras were reportedly rolling throughout the fight.

According to the Bergen Record, Ridgewood Municipal Judge David Pfund determined there is probable cause to charge the Lauritas and Gorga with assault and terroristic threats after the alleged attack against John Karagiorgis of Paramus, N.J.
