The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 4 alum, who will mark 18 years of marriage to her husband on Sept. 19, publicly confirmed her yearlong separation on Aug. 25.
Two weeks following news of the couple's split, Gebbia exclusively tells PEOPLE that although she has "experienced every conceivable emotion similar to the grieving process" throughout the past 12 months, she and her husband are "finally on the same page."
"It was never a verbal decision between him and I. It just sort of happened naturally. It was a gradual breakup of our relationship over a period of time," Gebbia says of her 47-year-old husband. "This man was my soulmate for 20 years and never would I have imagined this. He was my everything, but we've been together a long time. …[It] is wonderful now to know that we can still continue to be partners because we had always worked so well together in the past."

Yolanda Hadid is mourning the death of her friend who recently died after a battle with a chronic, incurable disease.
In an Instagram post, Hadid remembered Ellie O'Connell – who she called her best friend – noting the woman's battle with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis).
"R.I.P. and fly with the Angels my love @ellieod," Hadid, 52, wrote alongside a photo appearing to show herself alongside O'Connell.
"Thank you for 16 great years and showing me the meaning of true and loyal friendship until your last breath. You are my hero and will live in my heart forever."

In a new interview with PEOPLE Now, The Real Housewives of New York City star opened up about the idea of welcoming Hadid onto the show.
When asked if season 9 could move forward with some new people, Medley, 51, admitted that adding "some fresh blood" may be the answer to their on-going drama.

On Wednesday, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member confirming she's leaving the Bravo series via a lengthy Instagram post.
"I would have loved a more graceful exit than 'Season 6' but sometimes we don't get to control the endings of the chapters in our life," Hadid's message began. "I am leaving what's over without denying its past importance in my life."

Lisa Rinna is honoring her beloved father by remembering their final, bittersweet moments together.
Frank Rinna died Jan. 21 at the age of 93. The actress announced the sad news on Instagram last week, and now, she's reflecting on the loss in a Bravo blog post.
"He was surrounded by love as he drifted away, and I will be forever grateful that I was able to be with him as we said goodbye," Lisa, 52, wrote Tuesday. "I got to say all the things one doesn't always get the chance to say before a loved one passes. I am very grateful for that."
