Real Housewives of New Jersey's Melissa Gorga Shares Her Linguine Recipe

Teresa Giudice may be known as the main chef in her family, but sister-in-law Melissa Gorga also enjoys time well spent in the kitchen.

In fact, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star tells PEOPLE she can cook up a mean linguine dish – and mix an equally delicious cocktail.

"I love cooking in the kitchen with my family, with everyone picking at the food before it makes it to the table," the Voli vodka ambassador tells PEOPLE.

As for her signature dish, she says it's "a traditional family recipe" best sipped with a pomegranate Voli martini, which she calls "light, refreshing, sweet and sour."

She also says Teresa's been a big help and teacher in the kitchen. "I am a good cook, but nothing compares to my sister," Gorga says. "She is a pro. She sometimes teaches me her secret recipes."

Dina Manzo Talks About New Jersey's Real Housewives … for the Last Time

Everyone's always pressing Dina Manzo for dirt about her old show, the Real Housewives of New Jersey. Now, the former cast member is coming clean – in what she claims will be the last time she'll ever speak about the Bravo show.

"It's a shame this TV show used to be about our lives and now some lives are just about a TV show. That's not how it should be," Manzo, 39, writes in a lengthy blog post on her website.

Manzo, now host of HGTV's event-planning show Dina's Party, recaps why she left the Housewives – she needed to escape "all of the toxic behavior" – and admit she distanced herself from all of the housewives after her exit.

She then briefly weighs in on the current war between Teresa Guidice and Caroline Manzo.

The feud between Real Housewives Teresa Giudice and Caroline Manzo may be new but it looks like it's here to stay.

On part one of the explosive New Jersey reunion show, Teresa brought up an apparent rift between Caroline and her sister, former Housewife Dina Manzo. But Teresa later said, "I don't get Caroline's problem with me."

Now, in a new blog on Bravotv.com, Caroline clearing up any confusion and revealing her reasons for wanting to keep the "sad situation" between her and Dina out of the spotlight.

Jacqueline Laurita Quits Real Housewives, Source Says

The Real Housewives of New York City are already down four cast members for the upcoming season, and now one of their New Jersey counterparts is on her way out the door.

"Jacqueline [Laurita] definitely quit," a source tells PEOPLE. "She had to walk away for her sanity."

In a series of Tweets earlier this week, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star hinted that she's done with the show, and even said she did not want to appear on the show's season 3 reunion, which taped on Wednesday.

"I feel nauseous and feverish," Laurita Tweeted late Tuesday night, after attending the annual fashion show for the boutique Posche, a scene of past drama on the hit Bravo show. (Cameras, meanwhile, were there and already rolling on season 4.) "No reunion for me. Sorry guys. XOXO!"
