Hold on to your martinis, bereaved Family Guy fans. Love for Brian had fans hoping it was a ratings stunt, and now a new website has them wondering: Is Brian really dead?

A site "affiliated" with FOX and Seth MacFarlane's popular crass cartoon sitcom has cropped up – www.briansannouncement.com – and promises "a special announcement from Brian" with a countdown clock that shows the big reveal will happen on Dec. 6 at noon ET.

The sparse home page also features a blue sedan driving into the Griffin's mythical hometown of Quahog, Rhode Island, where the sign entices visitors to "come taste our clam."

Friends and family are saying their final goodbyes to James Gandolfini.

During the late actor's Thursday morning funeral service at the Cathedral Church of Saint John the Divine on Manhattan's Upper West Side, the triple-Emmy winner was remembered by his wife Deborah Lin Gandolfini, family friends Thomas Richardson and Susan Aston and David Chase, the creator and executive producer of the television show that made Gandolfini a household name, The Sopranos.

Also in attendance were Gandolfini's Sopranos costars Edie Falco, Michael Imperioli, Lorraine Bracco, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Steve Schirripa, Tony Sirico, Vincent Pastore, Aida Turturro, Dominic Chianese, Joe Pantoliano, Julianna Margulies and Steve Buscemi, his Juror costar Alec Baldwin and God of Carnage costar Marcia Gay Harden, as well as New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie. The 90-minute service was lead by the Very Rev. Dr. James A. Kowalski.

Emotions ran high Wednesday night at a New Jersey funeral home for a by-invitation-only private wake for James Gandolfini, who died last week.

The actor's widow, Deborah Lin, and their 8-month-old daughter, Liliana, were among the first mourners to arrive, having flown in from California, reports New York's Daily News.

"It's a nightmare for the whole family. It's a horrible, horrible thing, everybody is just devastated,” Bob Price, whose wife is a cousin of the late star, told the newspaper. "This man was everybody's hero. It's just the worst thing that could have happened."

James Gandolfini's sudden death of an apparent heart attack at age 51 has stunned the actor's costars and fans, who were quick to pay tribute to the late Emmy winner known best as Tony Soprano.

"Jimmy treated us all like family with a generosity, loyalty and compassion that is rare in this world," Gandolfini's Sopranos costar Michael Imperioli, who played Christopher Moltisanti, said in a statement to PEOPLE. "Working with him was a pleasure and a privilege. I will be forever grateful having had a friend the likes of Jimmy."

"Fughedabout losing one of the best actors of our time – we lost so much more," Drea de Matteo, who played Adriana La Cerva, tells PEOPLE in a statement. "Anyone from the Soprano family will tell you he was one of the most generous, real and humble human beings ever, with a presence that could shatter planets when he walked into a room. A king through [and] through. So very sorry for his family."

"I spent 10 years of my life studying and admiring one of the most brilliant actors, yes, but more importantly, one of the greatest men," Sigler, who played daughter Meadow Soprano on the hit HBO show, continues.

As tributes pour in from around the globe for James Gandolfini,, who died of an apparent heart attack in Rome on Wednesday, one Bloomfield, N.J., restaurant is paying tribute to the late actor in its own way.

At Holsten's, where the unforgettable final scene of The Sopranos was filmed, the booth where Tony Soprano and his family dined is being kept empty in Gandolfini's honor, the New York Post reports.

A sign that reads "reserved" marked the spot Wednesday.
