They kept their pregnancy news under wraps but not their love.
Since Mila Kunis, 30, and Ashton Kutcher, 36, took their romance public in 2012, they've not been hiding – vacationing in Bali, attending his brother's wedding, and even smooching for the kiss cam at Saturday's L.A. Clippers game.
"They weren't afraid to show their affection in front of people," says an observer of the couple at the Feb. 19 Jim Beam Make History reception at Bill's Food & Drink in New York. "They weren't hiding. She was extremely happy. They were both glowing."
Now it's clear the newly expectant parents have had reason to glow as they get ready for both a wedding and a baby.
After a visit to a medical office building on March 7, the couple were spotted laughing and talking over lunch at BLD Restaurant on Beverly Boulevard in L.A.
"They were really happy," says an observer. "They were eating off each other's plates and laughing. They looked very much in love."

Angus T. Jones grew up in front of America's eyes, but now the former Two and a Half Men star is finding a way to shine outside of Hollywood – from the pulpit.
"It was making light of topics in our world that are really problems for a lot of people. I was a paid hypocrite because I wasn't okay with it, but I was still doing it," Jones, who after 10 years left his role as Jake on the still-thriving CBS sitcom, says of the series – which, in 2012, he had publicly called "filth".
"I really want to be able to come into the light, because I know that's where genuine healing is," a bearded Jones, told KHOU in Houston, where the 20-year-old is now working with the World Harvest Outreach Church.
He also attends college in Colorado and is a close follower of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

If you want to get a glimpse of newly engaged couple Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, your best bet is on TV.
The real-life duo will appear together on Kutcher's show, Two and a Half Men, in which they will also play a couple, PEOPLE has confirmed.
The romantic plot line calls for Kunis, as a character named Vivian, to rock Kutcher's world, showing up on his doorstep even as his character is set to pop the question to another woman, according to a statement released by CBS.
This will mark the second time the pair have played a couple on a sitcom, having first hooked up onscreen in the hit series That '70s Show, in which they played Michael Kelso and Jackie Burkhart.

It's not every 78-year-old who releases a new album for Valentine's Day – or has his friends Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood backing him up.
But, where showbiz is concerned, Steve Lawrence isn't just any 78-year-old.
"To my knowledge, it's over 50-something, and my first in 10 years, at least," the familiar voice, calculating the number of albums he's released since his first in 1953, tells PEOPLE from the home in Las Vegas he and his late wife Eydie Gorme shared since 1980.
Titled When You Come Back to Me Again, after the Garth Brooks song on the lead track, the new album contains 10 songs and, according to Lawrence, has him "surrounded with a new sound."
Not that the listener should expect One Direction. "I can't compete with the kids," Lawrence admits, "but they can't compete with me."

Jeff Probst is used to seeing Survivor contestants in their swimsuits, but on the set of Two and a Half Men, it was Probst who was showing the skin.

Probst plays himself in the episode entitled "Some Kind of Lesbian Zombie" airing Thursday on CBS.
