Jake T. Austin, who starred as the little brother of Selena Gomez in the Disney Channel hit Wizards of Waverly Place, was named in an incident report from a four-car hit-and-run accident.
A 2010 Audi registered to the actor, 18, crashed into three parked cars in Sherman Oaks, Calif., around 3 a.m. on Tuesday, a spokesperson for the Valley traffic division confirmed to PEOPLE. The cars in the accident sustained major damage.
While it is still unclear whether Austin – whose real name is Jake Szymanski – was behind the wheel at the time of the accident, witnesses told TMZ that someone in the Audi tossed out a bottle of Ciroc vodka after the crash.

Just a slip of the tongue? Or wishful thinking?
Asked Thursday if she would collaborate musically with rumored boyfriend Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez referred to the 16-year-old pop sensation as "family."
"I always say I don't want to mix in family with work," she told PEOPLE on set for the taping of the 100th episode of Wizards of Waverly Place.
But it doesn't sound like Gomez, 18, is ruling out a duet just yet.
