A little more than 12 months have passed since the Teen Wolf star's mother died, a personal blow only worsened by the fact that it occurred mere months after his engagement to his childhood sweetheart ended.

"This has been the hardest year of my life," Posey, 24, says in the latest issue of PEOPLE.

"He really loves being on set and is always asking questions about shots and setups, what size lens they're using. He fits in so well on set."

Maybe not.

For 2014, The Walking Dead was the most-Tweeted TV show (#RIPBeth), followed by the reality show hate-watch The Bachelor and the ever-popular Pretty Little Liars, according to the Nielson Twitter TV Ratings.
