If Angelina Jolie can play Maleficent in a live-action movie about Sleeping Beauty's wicked nemesis, what's to stop Jessica Chastain from grabbing a bow and arrow and stepping into the boots of Brave's heroine Merida for celebrated photog Annie Leibovitz?

Downton at Disney?
Elizabeth McGovern poked fun at herself on Sunday as she posed for a portrait that parodies the Downton Abbey cast photo during a visit to Disney World in Orlando, Fla.
McGovern, 52, stood at the head of two lines of Disney employees in front of Epcot's United Kingdom Pavilion, which was meant to represent Highclere Castle, the historical building used in the hit television show.

It was another mother-daughter bonding day for Katie Holmes and daughter, Suri Cruise.
The actress, 34, couldn't hide her smile on Sunday at Disney World's Magic Kingdom Park in Orlando, Fla., where she took her little one, 6½, on a carousel ride.
Clad in a dress and sweater, with a green polka-dot backpack, Holmes snapped photos of Cruise on her cell phone while sitting on a carousel horse.

Poor Cinderella may not have a stocking to hang by the chimney with care, but she does have that choice bit of Florida real estate: her own castle smack in the middle of Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom.
This season, she isn't the only Disney princess with a stronghold to call home. Ariel from The Little Mermaid and Belle from Beauty and the Beast now boast their own splashy attractions in the recently launched New Fantasyland, which more than doubles the original 10 acres of the most popular section of the most popular park in the world's most popular resort. (Yes, expect crowds.)
"To all those who are young, and young at heart," Once Upon a Time star Ginnifer Goodwin – joined by Jordin Sparks, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts chairman Thomas Staggs and Mickey Mouse – said at the Dec. 6 dedication ceremony. The actress also said, "The castles here are far more beautiful than they are on Once Upon a Time – with no trolls or giants to worry about."

Not everyone gets to step into Cinderella's shoes.
Suri Cruise was the envy of children everywhere as she toured Disney World with dad Tom Cruise last week.
But perhaps the best part of the 6-year-old's adventure has been staying in one of Disney's most coveted rooms, Cinderella's Castle Suite. The room cannot be booked at any price, but it's often used by Disney for charity events and promotions, so the mystery of what it's like to spend a night inside is part of its appeal. Suri – who wore an Ariel costume while exploring the park last Monday – loves princesses and even celebrated her 3rd birthday with a Beauty and the Beast-themed cake, so visiting the suite must have been a dream come true for the young fan.

Suri Cruise's friends must be pretty jealous of her this summer. In addition to being one popular 6-year-old, she's been able to visit the zoo, ride in a helicopter and even go to Disney World – where earlier this week she frolicked in the waves of Typhoon Lagoon with dad Tom Cruise.
"Tom and Suri got into a splash fight," onlooker Morgan Ayres, 17, visiting from Terre Haute, tells PEOPLE. "They were laughing and giggling and splashing. He looked like he was having an amazing time."
Tom also took Suri to Disney World's Magic Kingdom on Monday and Hollywood Studios on Wednesday. During a Thursday visit to Animal Kingdom, Tom bought Suri a banana smoothie.

Guess who lost his shirt at Disney World?
A very cool-looking Tom Cruise did at Disney's Blizzard Beach water park, during his visit to the Orlando kingdom this week with his 6-year-old Suri.
While Cruise's ex, Katie Holmes, was in New York after handing off their daughter to him, the actor, 50, frolicked around the theme park – with its high slide and lazy river – like a little kid, an observer tells PEOPLE. He was wearing flip-flops, a swimsuit and a T-shirt and cap that he eventually shed.

Mickey Mouse wasn't the biggest star at Walt Disney World.
Fresh off Tom Cruise's split from Katie Holmes, the actor took daughter, Suri, 6, to the Magic Kingdom on Monday.
Dressed in an Ariel costume, Suri held hands with Cruise, 50, as they strolled through park.
"Suri looked like she was in heaven," Marianne Cohen of Tampa, who was at the park with her grandkids, tells PEOPLE. "It was really cute. She was walking around like she owned the place, having the time of her life, and Tom, who looked really handsome was talking to her, was really engaging with her."
