Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon Renew Their Vows – at Disneyland

And the whole family lived happily ever after.
It was a storybook 5th anniversary – and happy 2nd birthday treat for their twins – as Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon renewed their vows at the Happiest Place on Earth, California's Disneyland, on Tuesday night, Entertainment Tonight reports.
"On our way to renew our vows," Carey Tweeted early in the evening. "I love you @Nick Cannon."
All dressed up in matching prince and princess costumes, Carey and daughter Monroe were picked up in a horse-drawn Crystal Carriage from a Dream Suite inside the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction, then taken to Main Street to meet Cannon and son Moroccan. Together the family proceeded to Sleeping Beauty Castle, for the vow renewals.

Barack and Michelle Obama Celebrate 20th Wedding Anniversary

President Barack Obama is gearing up for the election a mere 34 days away, but he has a sweet milestone to celebrate Wednesday: His wedding anniversary with wife Michelle.
"Twenty years ago today, I married the love of my life and my best friend. Happy anniversary, Michelle," Obama Tweeted.
The couple met at Chicago law firm Sidley & Austin in 1989, and shared their first kiss outside a Hyde Park shopping center. There is even a plaque outside, which bears a quote the then Senator shared with Oprah Winfrey in 2007:
"On our first date, I treated her to the finest ice cream Baskin-Robbins had to offer, our dinner table doubling as the curb. I kissed her, and it tasted like chocolate."

Nick and Vanessa Lachey celebrated their wedding anniversary in a sweet (and public) way over the weekend.
"What a year! Love, Marriage, Love, Baby. Thank You @NickSLachey for constantly making me the happiest woman I can be," a pregnant Vanessa Tweeted on Sunday at her husband.
Responded her hubby: "@VanessaLachey I love you kid! One down, many happy more to go. Next year, we celebrate as a family! Happy anniversary."

They said their "I dos" in a secret New Year's Eve ceremony in 1997. Come December, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith will celebrate 15 years as husband and wife.
"Fifteen years! It's amazing, isn't it?" Pinkett Smith told PEOPLE at the New York City premiere of Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted recently.
"I was just doing the Today show, and there was a couple there who was celebrating 59 years of marriage, and I thought to myself, '15 years ain't nothing, you know?' It's just the beginning. That's the way I look at it."

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian were married one year ago on Sunday – and the country singer has a brand new ring to show for it.
"I have a very thoughtful husband with GREAT taste!!!!" Rimes, 29, Tweeted on Sunday with a picture of her new jewelry.
The ring must be icing on the cake for Rimes, who still seems to be enjoying her honeymoon phase with Cibrian, 38. The couple were spotted at a romantic lunch at Toscanova in Calabasas, Calif., on Friday.

Who could possibly upstage Mariah Carey at her own wedding vow renewal ceremony – especially when the bride wears a pink dress, veil and a giant candy-inspired ring?
Turns out, her husband Nick Cannon's grandfather gave it his best shot.
"When some good old-school music came on, he was dancing up on the floor with one of Mariah's dancers," Cannon said on his 92.3 WXRM-FM radio show "Rollin with Nick Cannon" Monday morning. "My grandmother was all upset and ready to go home because my 75-year-old grandfather was dropping it like it was hot with some youngster."
Why the big dance party? Cannon, 29, and Carey, 40, renewed their vows at their Beverly Hills home Friday night in front of 100 guests. The couple first wed in surprise 2008 ceremony at Carey's Bahamian estate.
