Miley Cyrus's 21st birthday is for the dogs – in a good way.
The pop star celebrated the milestone on Saturday, but not with the kind of party you'd expect from Cyrus, whose controversial behavior has been a regular headline.
Instead, she kicked off her day by relaxing with her four dogs and Tweeting a picture of their snuggle party, along with the caption, "All I could want on my birthday."

Now that's what we call a sister act.
Vanessa Hudgens got all dressed up to celebrate her sister Stella Hudgens's 18th birthday in Hollywood Saturday. Actually, make that dressed down?
At the boisterous bash, which was held at Beacher's Madhouse, the duo pulled out all the stops by showing up in matching Bollywood-themed costumes that flashed both ample flesh and a healthy dose of chutzpah.

The age of 16 was certainly sweet to New Zealand singer-songwriter Lorde. The teen released a critically acclaimed album, topped the billboard charts with her hit "Royals," and has earned the admiration of just about everyone. Astonishingly, all this hustle looks to be just a warm up for the freshly 17-year-old songstress.
Lorde, born Ella Yelich-O'Conner, didn't spend her first week of seventeen-dom cruising the mall with friends or catching R-rated movies sans parents. Instead, she used those seven days to relentlessly extend her rule over the hearts and news feeds of just about everyone, and snag a spot on Time's Most Influential Teens of 2013 list. She may not be a true royal, but Lorde appears destined for world domination. Don't believe us? Check out what Lorde did during her first days as a 17-year-old. Prepare to feel very lazy.

For the past four months, Miranda Lambert has been working hard to make sure she gave herself a terrific 30th birthday present: a hot new figure!
The country star, who hit the milestone on Nov. 10, overhauled her diet and worked with a trainer to drop a dress size.
"People think I lost more, but I'm short," she recently told PEOPLE backstage at the CMA Awards. "I'm only 5'4" so when I gain, I gain everywhere, and when I lose, I lose everywhere."

Nick and Vanessa Lachey's neighbors may want to invest in some earplugs.
"Well, the 40th birthday weekend has officially begun! Pray for me.... Gonna be a big one! Going out in style. Goodbye 30's, you were fun!!" the singer Tweeted Friday.
Vanessa also celebrates a birthday – her 33rd – on Saturday.
"My wife is planning something. It's all a big secret to me," Lachey told PEOPLE earlier this week. "She's taken the 40-year-old birthday baton and run with it and I'm sure it's going to be an amazing night."

Our Dearest Lord Grantham,
How strange, that on this happiest of milestones – the golden celebration of your 50th birthday – we are overcome with Grief! Sadness! Heartache! as we recall your tumultuous 49th year. Even the Dowager agrees with us: you've had a rough go of it. Please, by all means, have one of those newfangled cocktails before you continue reading this entreaty of well-being and support. There, there, our good Lord. There, there.

Billy Graham has prayed with every president from Harry Truman to Barack Obama, and inspired millions to follow Christ. This week, he delivered his final sermon – a video message he presented Thursday at his 95th birthday party – in which he looks into an uncertain future for the nation.
"Our country's in great need of a spiritual awakening," he says in the video, titled "My Hope America." "There have been times that I've wept as I've gone from city to city, and I've seen how far people have wandered from God."
He adds: "With all my heart, I want to leave you with the truth – that [Christ] loves you [and is] willing to forgive you of all your sins."

It's something of a cosmic joke that Nov. 5 is the shared birth date of Ryan "Don't Call Me Bryan" Adams and Bryan "Canadian" Adams. We'd like to wish them both a happy birthday, except we're getting a little confused. That's why we created this trusty cheat sheet to help ourselves – and you – keep these guys straight.

"Alright, alright, alright…" With that line, so began Matthew McConaughey's film career.
And what a debut it was: Though McConaughey's first film role, the character of Wooderson in Dazed and Confused has remained one of the actor's most-recognized roles. (The film itself turned 20 this year.)

Kim Kardashian's motto for her wedding to fiancé Kanye West is simple: leave it up to Kanye.
The newly engaged reality star flashed her 15-carat sparkler on the red carpet at her 33rd birthday party at Tao Las Vegas Friday night, but said that little-to-nothing has been discussed about the wedding or even how long of an engagement she and West will have.
"We honestly haven't had a moment to talk about it or even breathe, so we haven't really talked about it, but whatever he wants," she told PEOPLE, adding that the only sure thing is that stepdad Bruce Jenner will walk her down the aisle.
