"Now, I love Halloween, but let's face it: spookalicious drinks usually suck," Nadia Giosia, host of the Cooking Channel's Nadia G.'s Bitchin' Kitchen, tells PEOPLE. "They're all looks, no substance. That's fine when choosing a boyfriend, but not with cocktails!"
And because every candy-loving grownup could use a kick in their treat, Giosia has created two drinks to spice up your Halloween: a Tootsie Roll shooter that takes you back to those trick-or-treating glory days in one delectable shot, and a caramel apple punch for your bitchin'est Halloween party.
Watch Nadia G. as she shows you how to make her super-simple Halloween cocktails and get the easy recipes below.

It's a mouse off!
When it comes to friendship, Hills costars Lauren Conrad and Kristin Cavallari might not always see eye to eye. But when it comes to Halloween, the former frenemies are on the same cute-costume page: Minnie Mouse!

Frightful but delightful!
Katy Perry joined a group of girlfriends Sunday for a night out at the Los Angeles Haunted Hayride.
Before embarking on a private hayride, Perry and crew met up with Fashion Police host George Kotsiopoulos and his friends.
Wearing ponchos to protect them from the splatter and gore, the group headed into a haunted maze.
"Katy was in there for about 30 minutes!" an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "She seemed to be having a ton of fun and shared lots of laughs with her friends."
"She loved being scared by all of the characters each time they snuck up on her!" the source adds.

"Abandon all hope ye who enter here," warns the sign greeting guests to the Gates of Hell – as if they even had to say it.
Welcome to Halloween Horror Nights at California's Universal Studios Hollywood, which, like its sister park in Orlando, Fla., decks itself out on select nights this month for that scariest of holidays. Having frightened brave-hearted visitors witless since 2006, Universal's multiple walk-through horror mazes include this year's newest attraction, a ghoul-filled Dead Inside zombie apocalypse inspired by AMC's The Walking Dead (whose third season premieres Oct. 14).
"You need to be emotionally involved in order to be drawn into the horror," Halloween Horror Nights creative director John Murdy, stepping over empty shotgun shells amid the piped-in ersatz scent of rotting corpses, recently told PEOPLE at the entrance to the Walking Dead maze, which features actual scenes and props from the series.

Justin Bieber, girlfriend Selena Gomez, Cody Simpson, director Alfredo Flores and a few other friends visited Goretorium in Las Vegas on Sunday.
Bieber, Gomez and friends met up with creator Eli Roth at 1:30 p.m. for a private tour of the frightening venue.
Roth, who is also the brains behind horror films Hostel and Cabin Fever, created Goretorium as a self-guided multi-level maze of horrors.
The group started off in the lobby of the mythical Delmont hotel but as they toured the space, more and more gruesome sights were revealed.
"Once the group made it out 'alive' they toured the Goretorium retail shop, which is filled with horror props," an onlooker tells PEOPLE.
