Betty White is quite the hot commodity, but when it comes to her Valentine's Day, the Hot in Cleveland star plans to keep things casual with her favorite live-in mate.

"My golden retriever and I are going to stay home and kick back for the whole day," White, who just turned 92, told PEOPLE on Monday. "I'll do every crossword puzzle I can get my hands on and I won't do any work."

Hanging out with her canine companion Pontiac, a guide dog who was named by the people who gave him to her, is what she calls "the best thing that can happen," adding, "He's such a sweet boy. We have a really good time, and when I really take a day off, the two of us kick back and have fun."

Valentine's Day Joy: Husband with Tourette Syndrome Can Finally Hold His Wife's Hand

Originally posted 02/05/2014 02:00PM

Roses and chocolates sure are nice, but for Valentine's Day this year, Amy Joannou will hold her husband's hand – and that might just be enough.

Amy's husband, Andrew, has Tourette syndrome, a neurological disorder characterized by repetitive, involuntary movements and vocalizations called tics.

"There were times when we would both almost stumble to the ground."
