Gordon Ramsay's Newest Recipe: Cosmetic Procedure
Originally posted 10/28/2009 11:30AM
Gordon Ramsay might be able to take the heat in the kitchen but when Simon Cowell remarked on his deep facial lines, the celebrity chef decided enough was enough.
"My mother said they were smile lines," the Michelin-starred chef told Britain's Radio Times magazine, referring to the deep grooves on his chin. "I could deal with that at 21, but not at 42."
Furthermore, he said, "Simon Cowell suggested that now I'm a success in America, I should do something, so I had a filler put under the deep crevices."
Not that Ramsey's embarrassed to say the $650 treatment left him feeling more than a little sore, admitting: "It hurt."

The countdown has begun for Levi Johnston to bare all for Playgirl.
The 19-year-old, former fiancé of Sarah Palin's daughter Bristol is set to show it all before the camera the middle of next month "in order to get the pictures out for the holidays," a Playgirl spokesperson tells the New York Post.
"We're working out the actual details day-by-day, and have come to a very happy conclusion, which we feel readers will be enthralled by," the rep reveals.
The budding media star's manager, Tank Jones, says he's "90 percent sure" the photo session, for which Johnston is reportedly receiving a six-figure monetary endowment, will feature full-frontal nudity.

Amy Winehouse's Dad: She and Her New Boobs Are 'Fantastic'
Originally posted 10/21/2009 01:50PM
Amy Winehouse is a completely different person from who she was this time last year, her father says. The singer, 26, is doing well both inside and out – and that includes her recent breast enhancement.
On Wednesday, Mitch Winehouse told British TV show This Morning that his daughter is, "Fantastic, fantastic. Her boobs are great as well." He then smiled and said, "I shouldn't have said that should I? She looks absolutely fantastic."
Asked if the operation really cost $56,000 per reports, he shrugged, "I don't know. I didn't have to pay for it – that's all I know. Whenever I see her, she says, 'Dad can you give me a couple of hundred.' [But] I didn't have to pay for the boobs. I don't know."

"I'm still working on it," the Oscar winner said, adding that she walks 45 minutes to an hour every day. "I'm eating right, exercising, cutting sugar out of my diet. That's pretty much it, and walking every day, making sure I do some kind of exercise."

Sure, Heidi Klum knows what to do to get back in to shape fast after having a baby. She even walked the runway for the Victoria's Secret fashion show less than two months after having son Henry in 2005.
But this year, the supermodel told PEOPLE last month, she's taking it easy.
"I don't know if I'm going to try to get ready for the show," Klum, 36, told PEOPLE before the arrival of her and husband Seal's daughter Lou on Sept. 9. "I'm going to totally play it by ear and see what happens."
The supermodel, who said she continued eating a clean diet light on carbs throughout her pregnancy, joins fellow Victoria's Secret angels Karolina Kurkova and Adriana Lima, who are also expecting, on the sidelines this year. The show takes place in New York City in November.

Valerie Bertinelli Loves Herself More Than Pizza
Originally posted 10/08/2009 10:50AM
For years, she was the slender little sister on One Day at a Time, then a rocker wife to Eddie Van Halen. But now, as a mature woman of 49, Valerie Bertinelli is finally okay with having a woman's body.
"I've realized I'm more important than food is. I love a big slice of pizza. But I love myself more," she says in the November Issue of Ladies' Home Journal, out Oct. 13. "Being thin is about changing the way you think about yourself. It's about saying you deserve to be healthy. In no way have I perfected this eating thing, and I don't know that I ever will. But life is about making progress. It's not about perfection.”
Bertinelli, who finished a half-marathon in July, also once again defends fellow actress and former Jenny Craig spokeswoman Kirstie Alley's weight gain.

Sherri Shepherd Still Has Jiggly Thighs
Originally posted 10/05/2009 09:00AM
Sherri Shepherd may be sporting a much smaller size, but that doesn't mean you ought to expect to see her become Hollywood skinny.
"I'm a real woman. I still have my jiggly arms and jiggly thighs that could start a fire," The View co-host, 42, said at the New York Film Festival screening of her movie Precious, which opens nationally Nov. 6. "I'm not trying to look like Kim Kardashian, unless I can get a Lamar Odom like Khloe," she joked.
Shepherd showed off her new body by stripping down to a bathing suit on her show in August.
