"She's got such a beautiful body naturally," says The Revolution's Harley Pasternak, creator of the 5 Factor program that has helped the pop star maintain her svelte figure. "With someone like her, it's about the fine tuning."

Macaulay Culkin Drops off iPod for Deejay Gig

Macaulay Culkin bailed on his monthly deejay gig Thursday night at Le Poisson Rouge in New York City's West Village. Instead, fans ready to dance to his live music picks got an earful of his iPod – and a chance to do some charity.
"He's here all the time. He comes pretty often. Tonight, something just came up and he couldn't make it," a club employee told PEOPLE. "But he did drop off his iPod – that's what's playing. It's a shame he's not here, because he always plays really good music."
Culkin, whose gaunt appearance in a paparazzi shot made headlines Thursday, was expected to take to the turntables around 10 p.m. Around that time, a sign (above) was taped to a box downstairs by the bar telling fans a canned good would get them in for free, and with no "Mack" in attendance that dancing would be to his pre-selected tunes.

When her photos and videos swept the Internet this week, Iona Sapangenberg quickly got the nickname "Human Hourglass" for her Barbie-like 32-20-32 figure.
The Romanian-born model, 30, who now lives in Germany, insists that her 20-inch waist is due to nature and not a lack of appetite.
"No one seems to believe it, but every day I eat three big meals and I snack on chocolate and crisps all the time," she tells The Sun newspaper. "I just have a small stomach. It's a bit like having a natural gastric band – if I eat too much, I feel sick."

These days, John Stamos is as well known for his age-defying looks as he is for his portrayal of Uncle Jesse on Full House.
Despite this sentiment (there are 1.7 million Google results for "John Stamos doesn't age"), the 48-year-old actor says he works hard to maintain his physique.
"I started Pilates," he revealed on The Talk Thursday, adding that he keeps up with the exercise classes despite the fact that "I'm the only guy in there."
"They plot before I get there: 'How can we make John look ridiculous?' " Stamos said on the show. "Because every exercise involved my legs up, like I'm in the stirrups or something."

Clad in a fire engine red Emilio Pucci column, The Closer star (and best drama actress nominee) explained the significance of the linear design resting just north of her exposed ribcage.
"It's a family tattoo," she told E! "It's all our initials K, K, S and T."
The actress was, of course, referring to husband of 23-years, Kevin Bacon, their son Travis, 22 and daughter Sosie, 19.

Octavia Spencer couldn't be on a better career path – but The Help star is not without some concerns about herself.
"I am not healthy at this weight," Spencer, 39, said backstage at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, where she won a best supporting actress trophy.
"Any time you have too much around the middle, then there is a problem. [And] when you reach a certain weight, you are less valuable."

Rihanna has always been fond of tattoos, and her new one sure sends a message.
Newly emblazoned across her knuckles is the phrase "Thug Life," as seen in a photo the singer, 23, posted to Twitter. It's apparently an homage to Tupac Shakur, who had the same phrase tattooed across his stomach.
And indeed, Rihanna has mentioned Tupac in a series of occasionally obscene Twitter posts over the past day – many of them in response to fans' outrage that she would identify with thug culture.

Octavia Spencer woke up to some delightful news: The breakout star of The Help is up for Best Supporting Actress at this year's Academy Awards, it was announced early Tuesday.
"It's numbing!" Spencer, who won a Golden Globe for her role as Minny Jackson in the film, told PEOPLE of her nomination. "There were no guarantees. I didn't think I was in it and then they said my name and it was just a sigh of relief."
Once it sinks in and she has time to congratulate fellow nominee Melissa McCarthy – "I'm just going to call her and do a drive-by today," she says. "I'm thrilled for her!" – Spencer, 42, will have some decisions to make about what to wear on her big night.

In less than five months, Jessica Alba has gone from pregnant to bikini-clad, and she has her daughters to thank for her speedy slim-down.
"I'm running around after a 3½-year-old so that always keeps you on your toes," the actress, 30, told reporters at an In Style/Forevermark event Tuesday at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Along with chasing after daughter Honor, Alba also credits keeping a tighter rein on her cravings while expecting baby Haven, born in August.
"It was my second pregnancy so I think I just didn't indulge as much," she explains. "It was easier to snap back."
