Originally posted 05/02/2013 12:00PM
Nicki Minaj didn't just imagine it. Candice Glover really has lost weight since being on American Idol this season – though admittedly, not always in the most healthy way.
"We're under so much pressure, and we're going and going and going. You sometimes forget to eat until you get in the car and you're like, 'Oh ... gosh. I haven't eaten!' " the Idol finalist, 23, told PEOPLE after Wednesday's show.
Minaj commented on Glover's appearance after her amazing performance of "When I Was Your Man" by Bruno Mars. "I don't know if you lost weight, but baby girl, you look good," she said.
And that left Glover thrilled.

Trisha Yearwood: I'm in the Best Shape of My Life
Originally posted 04/20/2013 01:05PM
When she learned her husband, Garth Brooks, would be singing at the April 7 Academy of Country Music Awards alongside his hero George Strait, Trisha Yearwood began searching for "arm candy" attire to wear to the Las Vegas event.
That's when she spied that dress – a form-fitting Stella McCartney column that she'd first admired on Kate Winslet in 2011. "I'd been working hard and losing inches, but I wondered, 'Can I fit into that?'" Yearwood recalls. The answer was a jaw-dropping yes. "It was tight!" says Yearwood, but "I felt confident. It was a wow dress."

Harley Pasternak Blogs 5-Move Circuit to Demolish Exercise Excuses
Originally posted 04/03/2013 02:45PM
I've heard 1,001 excuses for not exercising. While many of you have valid excuses, today I am going to eliminate all of them.
You don't need equipment of ANY kind to get a good workout in. In fact, you can get a good workout in the smallest of spaces, from a dorm room, to a studio apartment, to a hotel room.
One of my clients once teased that the workouts I gave to him to do on the road (in hotels and film set trailers) were so time and space efficient that he could do a circuit in/on a bathroom break.
