That's one hot momma!
Jessica Simpson and her fiancé Eric Johnson stepped out for a triple date on Thursday with sister Ashlee Simpson, her boyfriend Evan Ross, best friend CaCee Cobb and her husband, Donald Faison – but Jessica's figure stole the spotlight.
Wearing a curve-hugging black dress with her straight blond locks parted down the middle, a glowing Jessica held tight to Johnson's arm as the couple made their way past photographers in Los Angeles.

While pregnant with daughter Rainbow Aurora, Holly Madison decided to turn the page on her old eating habits. She now has the post-baby body to show for it.
Having lost the 30 lbs. she gained during pregnancy, Madison didn't really shed those pounds with aerobics, she tells PEOPLE. She did it with her menu.
"I really wanted to eat more healthy while I was pregnant so I started reading a lot of nutrition books," she says. "It was really through diet that I lost the weight. I used to be the most unhealthy person. I would eat fast food everyday because I was on the go. When you have someone else's life in your hands, you become more aware of nutrition."

I'm often asked, "What's the best exercise for your legs?"
That's like asking a parent which child they love best. Well … almost. You get the idea.
There are hundreds, if not thousands of lower body exercises. Many of them are effective, some of them look cool, and a few are just plain dangerous (when done improperly).
Among my favorite lower body exercises are sumo squats, leg extensions and deadlifts, but if I had to pick a No. 1, I personally love the simplicity and versatility of the lunge.

There may be one more episode left of Breaking Bad, but Anna Gunn appears to have already put Skyler White behind her.
Wearing a floor-length Romona Keveza gown, Gunn, 45, showed off a very different look when she took home the Emmy for best supporting actress on Sunday for her portrayal of a teacher-turned-meth-kingpin's wife on the AMC series.
"I was actually ill while I was filming the show and it affected my weight," Gunn told PEOPLE at the Governors Ball after the awards ceremony. "They gave me cortisone and I puffed up and gained weight. Now I'm better, thank God."

To portray Formula One racecar driver James Hunt in the new movie Rush, Chris Hemsworth had no problem learning how to drive a car zipping at nearly 100 mph. The one thing that scared him the most? Filming his first nude scenes.
"It was more daunting than the racing!" Hemsworth, 30, told PEOPLE at Wednesday's Cinema Society and Ferrari screening of Rush in New York. "To take your clothes off in front of 100 people and cameras was something I wasn't comfortable with. To be honest, it was embarrassing."
The Aussie heartthrob shows off his buttocks twice in the Ron Howard-directed film and says seeing his tush on the big screen was "odd." But his wife, Spanish actress Elsa Pataky, appreciated the full view.

There was a time when I would only hear my male clients talk about how they wanted fit, chiseled arms. Nowadays, almost all of my female clients are adamant about having strong, sculpted arms, and that's thanks, in part, to the über-fit actresses dominating the movie screens of the '90s and early 2000s.
The incredible arms of Hilary Swank in Million Dollar Baby, Halle Berry in Catwoman, Demi Moore in G.I. Jane, Resident Evil's Milla Jovovich, and Angelina Jolie in Tomb Raider, all inspired women to lose the sleeves and focus on making their arms as amazing as the rest of their bodies.
There are two main muscle groups in the arms: The biceps, which are located on the front of the upper arms; and the triceps, which are on the back of the upper arms. The main function of the biceps is to bend the elbow, while the triceps straighten the arm at the elbow.
