A time filled with joy, relief and happiness quickly became a frightening nightmare for a newly formed family of four.
Dr. Jennifer Arnold and Bill Klein of TLC's hit reality show The Little Couple, were overjoyed to meet their new daughter Zoey, 2, in India, and introduce her to son, Will, 3, who welcomed his new sister by sharing his truck, kissing her foot and forehead and showing her a book.
But as Arnold and Klein made final arrangements to get their new family back home, Arnold began to experience bleeding and had to make the wrenching choice to go back for medical care alone.
