Hilary Duff Is 'Very Sweet' at Beverly Hills Bakery

Hilary Duff stopped into Sprinkles in Beverly Hills on Wednesday with son Luca and a girlfriend to stock up on some tasty treats.

Duff – who "especially loved" sampling eggnog frosting shots – was "very sweet" to fans who recognized her, an onlooker tells PEOPLE.

Wearing black yoga pants and a white sweatshirt, the actress, 25, ordered a dozen cupcakes including one black and white, one chocolate coconut, one cinnamon sugar, two peanut butter chocolates, one pumpkin, two red velvets, one vanilla milk chocolate, one German chocolate, one triple cinnamon and one chocolate peppermint.

But that wasn't all – Duff also made sure to bring home four doggy cupcakes for her pampered pooches.

Happy belated birthday Jude!

Jude Law – who turned 40 on Dec. 29 – stopped into Sprinkles Beverly Hills on Sunday with his kids.

Wearing a beanie, hood and sunglasses, Law chilled out by the condiment display while his kids ordered treats of their choice.

"Jude was really sweet to his kids and explained to them how the cupcakes [are made]," an onlooker tells PEOPLE of the Anna Karenina star.

Jennifer Love Hewitt surrendered to her sweet tooth on Monday when she picked up cupcakes at Sprinkles in Beverly Hills.

"She was buying a birthday gift for someone special," an onlooker tells PEOPLE.

The Client List star ordered a dozen cupcakes including three cinnamon sugar, three lemon, three red velvet and three s'more flavored.

Dressed in a white top and black skirt, Hewitt seemed preoccupied on the phone as she placed her order, but was extremely apologetic for her distraction, mouthing that she "absolutely loved" Sprinkles.

A "very pregnant" Hilary Duff and husband Mike Comrie popped into Sprinkles Beverly Hills on Sunday, grabbing six cupcakes – carrot, lemon, red velvet, vanilla, vanilla milk chocolate and s'more by Blake Lively – to go. But that wasn't all: The couple also purchased four doggie cupcakes for their canine kids (they have five dogs). According to a source, the parents-to-be were "very friendly to the staff and customers in the store." Slumdog Millionaire lovebirds Freida Pinto and Dev Patel picked up a few goodies later that day, too. –Jennifer Garcia

Looks like they're having a sweet holiday season! Emma Stone and beau Andrew Garfield got affectionate with each other while shopping at Eleni's in New York's Chelsea Market. The Amazing Spider-Man stars purchased the Chilly Chocolate Chip tin – which includes chocolate chip cookies as well as sugar cookies cut into snowflakes and snowmen. And an onlooker tells us, "She was rubbing his back while ordering." The new couple, who entered the store holding hands, kept up the "cute couply stuff" during their visit.

Taylor Swift's 22nd birthday celebration was a mixture of business and pleasure. After spending time in the studio working on her new album, the crafty singer hosted a holiday luncheon for her record label, Big Machine. They, in turn, presented the Grammy winner with a European chocolate butter cream birthday cake with edible glitter from Nashville bakery Dulce Desserts. The cake also featured a layer of chocolate truffle and was covered in vanilla butter cream! Apparently the singer liked the cake so much that after her lunch, her mom drove to the bakery to request a smaller version to serve that night during a low-key bash for Taylor's friends. – Joey Bartolomeo and Kay West

Mariah Carey had one sweet day – well, evening – at the newly-opened Sprinkles Cupcakes in N.Y.C. Though she arrived after the shop had closed, the new mom was given a dozen red velvet cupcakes by the staff as they cleaned up. Perhaps trying to watch her post-baby figure, Carey also ordered a glass of skim milk to wash the treats down.
