Lena Dunham has already proven her skill as a writer, director and actress, and now the Girls star has demonstrated one additional talent: supportive rock star girlfriend to Jack Antonoff.
The HBO darling, 27, was spotted with a small group of friends in the VIP section of the Troubadour in West Hollywood Wednesday night "laughing, clapping and pointing out her man's antics," a source tells PEOPLE.
"She stood almost the entire time," the source continued. "She bopped her head and occasionally pointed to the stage and whispered in her friends' ears with a big smile on her face as though she was so proud of her man. It was clear she was focused on him the entire night."

New shade? Time to take it out on the town!
Sporting a fresh new hair color, Taryn Manning hosted a private dinner for her colorist Beth Minardi on Tuesday in New York City.
The Orange Is the New Black star chose The Lion restaurant for her event, with the meal taking place inside a library-like room. Beauty editors and people close to Minardi were also in tow.
Showing off her new cinnamon toast-shaded mane, Manning, clad in Catherine Malandrino, "was in good spirits and arrived with a female friend," an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "She looked great and expressed excitement over having a night of beauty, given that her TV character is the complete opposite."

Boys' night out!
Chris Pine, Brody Jenner and Mike Comrie all hit Teddy's at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood Monday night – albeit separately.
Pine – clad in a blazer, button-down and jeans – was tucked away all night at the back of the club, where he sat talking to pals and sipping on vodka cocktails.
"He did end up talking to a few girls at his table, but it seemed friendly and not flirty," says an onlooker of the Star Trek Into Darkness actor.
A few tables over, Jenner sipped on a beer and flirted with a couple girls.
"One of them even took off his hat and ran her fingers through his hair," the source says. "He was enjoying the attention and seemed to be into at least one of them."
Meanwhile, Hilary Duff's husband was on his best behavior, arriving to the club around 11:45 p.m. In a white hat, black T-shirt and jeans.
"It seemed like a boys' night out," says the source of Comrie. "He poured [tequila] shots for his friends and bobbed his head to the music."

Who even knew they were friends?
Surprise besties Jake Gyllenhaal and Jay-Z kicked back at the rapper's 40/40 Club in New York City Monday night, watching the NCAA championship basketball game in the Owner's Lounge.
The two, joined by Swizz Beatz and Timbaland, exchanged a big hug when they met up, then spent the evening snacking on the club's signature wings and sipping D'Usse cognac.
"No one was clearly rooting for one team over the other," a source tells PEOPLE, but "the group could be heard cheering excitingly throughout the entire game."
After Louisville beat Michigan, 82-76, the men called it a night, leaving the club one by one.
