Newly re-engaged Kristin Cavallari kept things super healthy with her macrobiotic meal at M Café in L.A. The fresh-faced starlet arrived sans makeup and showed off her mega engagement ring. For lunch, Cavallari enjoyed a macrobiotic wrap, along with a side of the restaurant's signature soba noodle salad. She also sampled the cauliflower salad, a new addition to the menu. – Jennifer Garcia
