Justin Timberlake & Jessica Biel Dine – Separately – with Pals in Vegas

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were both in Las Vegas over the weekend, but not for date night.

Timberlake made it a guys' evening out on Friday, kicking off the festivities at Yellowtail Japanese restaurant and lounge inside the Bellagio hotel.

Coming in around 10 p.m., the newlywed went incognito, casually dressed – and wearing a cap – to the point that no one in the restaurant seemed to recognize him. Seated in the main dining area, he did not appear to get any special treatment, though he seemed to be having a good time, munching on sashimi made by Chef Akira Back, and chatting and laughing with his pals. At one point, his hit song "Suit & Tie" came on.

Salma Hayek 'Dances' Through Dinner in Las Vegas

We'll take sushi with a side of Salma.

Salma Hayek enjoyed dinner at Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge at Bellagio in Las Vegas on Monday.

Joined by her parents, husband Francois-Henri Pinault and daughter Valentina, "the group danced at the table" as they dined, an onlooker tells PEOPLE.

The Here Comes the Boom actress and her family ordered up baked crab hand rolls, uni sushi and yellowtail serrano.

Although she was dressed casually for dinner, Hayek recently wore a pair of $1 million-dollar Harry Winston earrings to the LACMA 2012 Art + Film gala on Saturday.

Taylor Swift's Sushi-Filled Celebration

Celebrating her Woman of the Year honor at the Billboard Music Awards, Taylor Swift and a few close friends and family headed into Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge at the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas on Sunday.

A regular at the trendy eatery when she comes to town, Swift sat on a terrace overlooking the hotel's fountains and munched on Executive Chef Akira Back's specialty dishes, including the Tuna Pizza, Yellowtail Serrano, Lobster Carpaccio, Kobe Beef Tataki, Duck Prosciutto, Eggplant Skewers, Baked Crab Hand Rolls, Strawberry Rolls and Kobe Short Ribs.

After their meal, Swift and her and group tried a few sweet treats from Fix Restaurant & Bar for desert.

As for the topic of conversation over the dinner, an onlooker tells PEOPLE, "The group spent the evening toasting to Taylor's big win."
