A popular Disney hit re-imagined as a rock song was not a problem for Kat Perkins, who turned the catchy tune embraced by fans worldwide, "Let It Go," into a head-banging anthem on Monday night's The Voice semi-final.
"You murdered it," said an enthusiastic Usher of Perkins's powerful take on the song from Frozen, which she dedicated to the Keller children for whom she served as nanny, and who watched adoringly from the audience.
"I don't know what I can say anymore. It doesn't get better as far as vocals are concerned," noted her coach Adam Levine.

Some of the strongest artists on The Voice found themselves in the bottom four Tuesday night, which confounded the coaches and forced those singers to perform one more time for the lone Twitter save.
After weeks of deftly avoiding elimination, veteran coaches Adam Levine and Blake Shelton found themselves in a vulnerable position following Monday night's Top Eight performances when Usher's lone artist, soulful family man Josh Kaufman, and Shakira's only remaining singer, Massachusetts country singer Kristen Merlin, were the first artists to be deemed safe.
A short time later, host Carson Daly revealed Team Adam's teenage dynamo Christina Grimmie also made it through, along with fellow teen and self-professed redneck Jake Worthington of Team Blake.
