Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: Brandi Glanville's Best Moments from Reunion

Originally posted 02/07/2012 11:00AM

Brandi Glanville was in the hot seat on part two of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion special, which aired Monday on Bravo.

While she and her costars addressed their volatile relationships – and everything from game night-gone-wrong to her ex husband Eddie Cibrian to Kim Richards's stint in rehab – Brandi was refreshingly candid. No matter how you feel about Brandi, she definitely does not hold back, saying things the other women wouldn't dare say, whether because it's crude – or because it's the truth.

Here some of her best moments from Monday's show:

Kim Richards Admits, 'I'm an Alcoholic' on Real Housewives Reunion

There will be triple the drama when Bravo's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion special kicks off on Jan. 30 (9 p.m.) – the first in a three-part series that reunites the ladies for heated discussion with Andy Cohen.

And – surprise – Kim Richards will be joining the fray after all.

Though she didn't participate in the initial filming because she was seeking treatment for alcohol abuse, Richards sat down for a separate chat with Cohen, her first since leaving rehab, which will air as the third installment on Feb. 13 (9 p.m. ET). In the chat, she tells Cohen why she checked into rehab. "I'm an alcoholic," she says. "I'm an alcoholic."

What else can you expect? PEOPLE has an exclusive look at the show (see above clip). But let's break it down further:

Taylor Armstrong on Real Housewives Meltdown: 'I Was a Train Wreck'

All hell broke loose on Monday's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during a wine tasting at a fabulous Malibu beach house.

With embattled newbie Brandi Glanville playing hostess, Camille Grammer and Taylor Armstrong came face to face after the tea party, where Camille exposed Taylor's abusive relationship with estranged husband Russell, who committed suicide in August.

Though they tried to avoid each other, as the wine flowed Camille's friend Dedra confronted Taylor for ignoring Camille's apologies and not being a friend. Emotions were high and the confrontation quickly turned into an out-of-control screaming match. (Watch the clip above.)

Kim Richards's Bizarre Behavior Caused by Prescription Drugs

Originally posted 11/08/2011 10:45AM

The rumors can be put to rest.

Apparently Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards's slurred speech and strange behavior are a result of the combination of medications she's taking, not illegal drugs or alcohol, according to her costar, Dr. Paul Nassif.

On Monday's episode, during a consultation with Adrienne Maloof's plastic surgeon husband, Richards, 46, revealed she's been taking the anti-anxiety medication Lexapro, the antidepressant Trazadone, and Topamax, an anti-seizure medication which can be used to treat alcoholism.

"I'm glad you told me this, because now it all makes sense," Nassif tells her. "[The combination] is going to make you slur the words a little bit. It's going to make you out of it."

Goodbye Beverly Hills – and hello New York City!

As they rev up for season 2 of their Bravo reality show, three of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars – Kyle Richards, Adrienne Maloof and Lisa Vanderpump – decamped to New York with their husbands in tow for several celebrations and some good old fashioned promotion.

On Sunday night, the ladies celebrated Maloof's 50th birthday at new eatery Beauty & Essex on Manhattan's Lower East Side. First, the three first browsed the antique shop in the restaurant's entryway, then Maloof grabbed some free champagne and headed up to her dinner party.

The next night, just as their show premiered with a slightly-reedited episode, the ladies, their husbands and Vanderpump's dog, Jiggy, dined at Stantion Social, and shared favorites including the French onion soup dumplings, chicken and waffles and a chocolate tasting. The trio also busied themselves by Tweeting fans who were discussing the season premiere.

PEOPLE's TV Critic Appraises The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

One of the most-anticipated season premieres of the fall, as well as the most unfortunate, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills returned to Bravo Monday night, less than a month after the suicide of Russell Armstrong, the estranged husband of Housewives castmate Taylor Armstrong.

His death provoked a good deal of debate among viewers, and possibly panic over at Bravo. And here we had the outcome.

The show started with the Housewives, minus Taylor, meeting at Adrienne Maloof's home and discussing the death, which they generally attributed to financial problems. It was like a salon of Victorian gentlewomen trying to allude to a scandal without having to rattle their teacups violently. (An actual photo of Russell might have helped.)

Just ahead of the season 2 premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Monday, the stars of The Real Housewives of New York City are opening up about the suicide of Taylor Armstrong's estranged husband, Russell.

"That made me cry," Ramona Singer told PEOPLE before heading off to spend the Labor Day weekend aboard a 150-ft. yacht in Newport, R.I., and Nantucket, Mass. "[Taylor is] lovely and it's hitting her hard. The night before the memorial service, I had dinner with [Taylor's costars] Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards and we talked about it. And they've been so supportive."

The show will go on, but will you watch what happens?

Despite the recent suicide of Taylor Armstrong's estranged husband, Russell Armstrong, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will premiere as planned on Sept. 5, Bravo announced Wednesday.

The network said the show has been re-edited and the premiere will begin with a recent interview with several cast members – although reportedly not Taylor. Its broadcast also will include public service announcements to raise awareness of suicide prevention.

Taylor, who was devastated by Russell's death, attended his memorial service in Los Angeles only last week.

The Beverly Hills premiere airs Monday (9 p.m. ET) on Bravo – will you tune in? Tell us below:

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Premiere Date Will Not Change

Originally posted 08/31/2011 10:35AM

After much speculation, uncertainty and even criticism over how The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills would return to TV following the recent suicide of Real Housewife Taylor Armstrong's estranged husband, Russell, Bravo has reached a decision about the upcoming premiere: the show will go on.

"Bravo will proceed with the Monday, September 5 premiere date of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Bravo Media President Frances Berwick said in a statement.

"Given that these episodes were filmed months ago, the producers of the show taped a brief interview this week with several cast members to introduce the premiere," the statement continues. "Re-editing of the episodes is still underway."
