Kate Hudson, A-Rod Bask in the Miami Heat

Temperatures rose for Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez as the lovebirds enjoyed some food and fun in steamy hot Miami this week.
On Monday, they were spotted lunching at Houstons in Coral Gables, one of the New York Yankees slugger's favorite informal eateries. He has been spotted there many times with this young daughters.
Afterward, they walked in and out of boutiques, including a beauty supply store in the romantic, old world section of Miami. "They looked happy and into what they were talking about," says a source who saw them together.

• Kate Hudson shared an intimate dinner with beau Alex Rodriguez at Yoshi's Jazz Club and Japanese Restaurant in San Francisco while the New York Yankees star was in town to take on the Oakland A's. Since the duo and their two friends arrived at the restaurant just before 11 p.m., the kitchen had to reopen to serve them. The gracious group then enjoyed their meal in the restaurant's glass-enclosed private room and feasted on an omakase menu that included lobster tempura and sushi. "Kate and A-Rod were affectionate toward each other," says an onlooker. "They seemed to have a great time."

Is Kate Hudson A-Rod's Good Luck Charm?

With Kate Hudson cheering boyfriend Alex "A-Rod" Rodriguez in the stands, the New York Yankees slugger has been hitting the ball out of the park.
"Sitting on the front row, Kate goes nuts when she watches him play," says a source who has seen her at Yankees games this summer. "Her excitement and cheering are infectious." And it shows: The Yanks beat the Toronto Blue Jays 7-5 Tuesday night, their eighth win in nine games.
Last weekend in New York, Rodriguez, 34, hit two home runs in three games against arch rival Boston Red Sox, including a two-run beauty in the bottom of 15th inning late Friday night, the first score of the epic game.

Kate Hudson & A-Rod Hit the California Beach

After spending time together on the East Coast, Kate Hudson and her Yankees hero beau Alex Rodriguez took their love – and Hudson's 5-year-old son Ryder – to the West Coast on July 10, to enjoy the weekend and the sunny weather at the exclusive Pelican Hill Resort in Newport Beach.
There they stayed within a gated enclave for more privacy, inside a villa featuring an ocean-view terrace and their own infinity pool.
On Sunday, the trio enjoyed the use of butler service with breakfast in the villa. "They looked like a cute family," says a source, who described Hudson as "very happy, pretty and … casually hanging out in a bathrobe while enjoying a cup of morning coffee."
When Rodriguez left for his Yankees game against the Los Angeles in Anaheim, Hudson stayed behind to enjoy a couple of hours by the pool, where an eyewitness said she "looked great and very happy."

Kate Hudson Watches A-Rod Hit Historic Homerun

Kate Hudson continued to follow her New York Yankees beau Alex Rodriguez on the road Friday night, attending the opening game of the "Subway Series" at Citi Field in Queens, N.Y., against the New York Mets – where, in the eighth inning, A-Rod hit his 564th career homerun.
"Kate was standing and clapping and cheering during the game, especially when A-Rod hit a homerun," a source at the game tells PEOPLE. "She looked adorable and was so happy."
For the hunky ballplayer, 33, it was a milestone that pushed him into 11th place on the all-time homer list, one spot ahead of the legendary Reggie Jackson.

Romance Between Kate Hudson and A-Rod Heats Up

Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez were spotted getting cozy last month at a restaurant in New York City, and now a source confirms they are dating.
"It's somewhat serious," the source tells PEOPLE in its upcoming issue. "He introduced her to a bunch of his friends."
For her part, Hudson followed Rodriguez on the road late last month to Dallas, when the Yankees played the Texas Rangers in a three-game series. The actress and son Ryder, 5 (dad is Chris Robinson), stayed at the same hotel as Rodriguez, and the couple "worked out together in the fitness center," says an eyewitness.

Alex Rodriguez and Kate Hudson Get Cozy

He's got a thing for blondes. She's got a thing for athletes. But do Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez have a thing for each other?
The Yankees star and the actress, who attended a Yankees game Friday, were spotted getting close later that night at Mustang Grill, a Mexican restaurant in Manhattan. "We sat them in a private area of the restaurant, a private room off the main dining room," according to the restaurant's owner, Rob Olsen. "They were there for about an hour. They left around 1 a.m. They had dinner and drinks. They appeared to enjoy themselves."
According to Olsen, A-Rod frequents the Mustang Grill. "He's here a couple times a week," he says. "He comes with his buddies after the game."
The New York Post's Page Six reports that Hudson and Rodriguez were getting quite cozy.
Reps for both the actress and the athlete had no comment.
