Lindsay and Ali Lohan's Chain-Smoking Sisters' Night Out

Lindsay Lohan was all dolled up on Tuesday night when she arrived to her usual table at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood.
With sister Ali in tow, Lindsay sported a black dress, sky-high heels and a sparkly coat at her regular haunt when the gals arrived at around 11 p.m..
"Lindsay chain-smoked and typed on her phone," an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "She [later] moved tables to join a couple who were having wine. She began chatting with them and became more involved in the conversation."
Meanwhile, Lindsay wasn't the only Lohan puffing away.
"Ali was bouncing around tables and going to the bathroom and smoking outside by the valet," the source says. "She looked very thin and seemed to be acting much older than her actual age."

In September, a photo of Aliana Lohan with a brand-new look sparked rampant speculation the 17-year-old model had gone under the knife.
Not so, says Lindsay Lohan's younger sister, who adamantly denies she underwent any nip-tucks.
"I was cracking up. Because, like, when would I do that? I'm 17 years old," Ali tells New York Post's Page Six Magazine in its December issue. "That's not legal! I would need my mother's signature, and do you think my mom would ever sign off on that? No!"
Calling plastic surgery "not the right thing to do," the aspiring model shoots down rumors about her.

After a new photo of Ali Lohan set off an Internet storm about her dramatic look, her rep says Lindsay Lohan's younger sister, who was recently signed to a modeling agency, did not go under the knife.
"Aliana has never had any type of plastic surgery in her life, nor has she ever considered it," her rep Steve Honig tells PEOPLE, insisting that the perceived changes in Lohan's face are purely natural.
"Her success as a model lies with her natural looks and she has no interest in changing that," the statement continues. "During the past two years, she has gone through a normal teenage growth spurt that has made her taller and slimmer."

• Zac Efron and Joe Jonas – and their entourages – shared a prime table during a vaudeville-inspired performance by Beacher's Madhouse at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. The guys greeted each other, then basically stuck to themselves and their own group of friends. Jonas sipped a cocktail with his pals – and occasionally snapped pictures with his phone. The show's producer David Arquette worked the room, walking around and making sure that everyone was being taken care of.

Dina Lohan: Lindsay Is Not a Bad Influence on Her Sister

Dina Lohan is furious that her ex-husband Michael brought the Los Angeles Country Sheriff's Department to daughter Lindsay's apartment Thursday – and disputes his claim that the starlet is a bad influence on her younger sister, Ali.
"They scared the hell out of my girls," Dina tells PEOPLE. "Ali called me hysterically crying. They were hysterical and petrified of him. I spoke to the [police officer] and said, 'You don’t have a warrant, get out!'
Michael says he called the cops to perform a "welfare check" on daughter Ali, 16, because he was concerned about her safety. "Ali is being exposed to nightlife and the people Lindsay is surrounding herself with," he told Hollyscoop at the time. She's 16 and she doesn't belong there. She's a minor."
But Dina says Ali and Lindsay, 23, are perfectly safe.

Michael Lohan Brings Cops to Lindsay's House

Michael Lohan paid a visit to daughter Lindsay Lohan's house in L.A. Thursday – and he wasn't alone: He brought the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department to check on his younger daughter, Ali, 16, who is staying with her sister.
After officers inspected the house and interviewed Ali, they left her with her older sister.
"I went to the police department concerned about Ali's welfare," Michael Lohan told Hollyscoop.com. "I wanted to check on Ali. I want to make sure she's okay. She's 16 and she doesn't belong there. She's a minor."
Of the incident, Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman Nicole Nishida says: "Michael Lohan called the West Hollywood Sheriff’s and was concerned about the welfare of his [teen] daughter who was with Lindsay Lohan – I don’t know if they were living together. Sheriff’s deputies went out to Lindsay Lohan’s apartment and were given access by Lindsay Lohan and determined that for the [teen] as well as for Lindsay, there was no danger at all. A report was taken and that was it.
Michael told TMZ.com that once inside Lindsay’s apartment, he spoke to his daughter, Ali, who told him "I'm fine, daddy, I'm fine."
The visit was definitely not welcome by Lindsay, who Tweeted, "I have no choice but to make this public, due to my sister's safety, as well as my own. My ex-dad just WALKED INTO MY APT like the devil's advocate with officers."

• Lindsay Lohan brought sister Ali along for a girls' night out at West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont. The group took a seat on the patio where Lohan sipped ice water, opting for a casual evening and conversation with friends. The starlet soon realized that Sharon Osbourne and her daughter Aimee were sitting nearby, and she approached them for a chat and a hug. When Lohan retuned to her table, her friends ordered food – her sister Ali ate a salad – but the starlet stuck to her ice water, foregoing dinner. Also at the patio: an equally quiet Eric Dane, who sipped a beer while out with wife Rebecca Gayheart and celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe.
