What's going on behind the scenes of Amanda Seyfried and Justin Long's relationship? To be honest, not a whole heck of a lot.

The 10th anniversary of Mean Girls is April 30, everyone. And though the film debuted before Twitter was used to reflect the zeitgeist, it's actually attained quite a second life on the social media platform. Let's take a look back, shall we?

This year marks the 10th anniversary of Mean Girls, which is great news for those of us still trying to make "fetch" happen.
In the meantime, Vulture caught up with director Mark Waters to share some insider gossip, none of which was about Janis Ian and that eighth grade pool party.
While we're still not sure why "grool" hasn't been added to the dictionary or if Damian ever got his pink shirt back, Waters's most interesting reveal – for those who didn't memorize the DVD's special features – was the casting shakeup revolving around the now-classic high school comedy's queen bee.

Ruh-roh! If we are to glean anything from the Twitter account of Finn Seyfried, the beloved Australian shepherd of Amanda Seyfried, it may be that this was his last year watching the Golden Globes. But not to worry Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, it has nothing to do with you!
Like so many others, Finn took to Twitter to voice his thoughts about Sunday's broadcast, narrowing in on one of the show's most remarked upon issues.
"How many dog years is it taking these winners to make it to the stage? #yikes" he Tweeted.

Let's start with the facts.
We know that Amanda Seyfried loves dogs. So that means her boyfriend must love dogs, too. Right? Right.
Since Justin Long, 35, and Seyfried, 27, were first linked over the summer, the actor has gamely proved he can accept the other man in her life, Australian shepherd Finn. Evidence A: hand-in-leash walks. Evidence B: some very suggestive Instagram snuggling.
Now, we'll present a third piece of evidence, which Long described as "#CannonEnvy #ObviousSymbolism" on Twitter. There are a lot of things we can say ...

Usually a guy is looking to earn the approval of his girlfriend's parents, but for Amanda Seyfried, we bet scoring her pet's okay is probably the more prudent route – and it seems Justin Long got the message.
On Wednesday, the actress posted a sunset photo of her dog, Australian shepherd Finn, snuggling a mystery man (though we have our guesses as to who it could be). In recent weeks, the Lovelace star and Long have been spotted on more doggy dates, leaving us to assume that Finn is as smitten with his mom's new beau as she is.
"[He's] someone separate from my industry life. I've known him since he was 16," Seyfried revealed of her then-new man in the July issue of Elle, which hit newsstands about a month before she and Long went public. Though we're unsure if Seyfried was referring to the actor, who previously dated Drew Barrymore, there's one individual's official comment we're eager to read: Finn's.
