Two young boys recently had an unexpected competitor join them on the basketball court.
Make that pretty much the coolest unexpected competitor imaginable.
While shooting hoops in Manhattan's Chinatown, the kids were reportedly joined by Andrew Garfield, 29 – and the surprise visitor appeared to come straight from filming The Amazing Spider-Man 2 – he was still in costume.
One video shows the apparent Garfield dribbling and shooting, while another clip shows him high-fiving with the boys, patting one of them on the back and then heading back to wherever he was going – just as a spectator yells, "Andrew Garfield?"

Imagine photobombing Spider-Man.
Emma Stone got her goof on Thursday at the New York City opening-night party of the Mike Bartlett play Bull, popping up in the background of a group shot with her boyfriend Andrew Garfield and the actors in the stage show at the 59E59 Theaters: Eleanor Matsuura, Adam James, James Corden and Neil Stuke.
Stone, 24, and Garfield, 29, have their own creative project together, filming The Amazing Spider-Man 2, which is set to open exactly a year from now.
The couple of more than a year costar in it alongside Jamie Foxx, Martin Sheen and Sally Field.

It's true love for Emma Stone and her beau Andrew Garfield!
The pair have fallen hard for a 2-year-old golden retriever they met just before Christmas at an L.A. rescue.
"She was one of the dogs they first saw, but they weren't sure," a source tells PEOPLE of the pup the pair visited last week at the Spot! Dog Rescue of Los Angeles. "They left and they couldn't stop thinking about her, so they came back for her. And it's true love."

Whether it's Valentines Day, someone's birthday, or just a Saturday afternoon watching the Olympics, milk chocolate can always be counted on to celebrate an occasion. But did you know there's an actual national holiday dedicated to the stuff?

Let's settle the debate. Did we need a Spidey reboot five years after his last outing? Nope. This Spider-Man's solid script and capable effects simply aren't vibrant enough to warrant rehashing high-school shutterbug Peter Parker's life-altering spider bite. The performances, though – now those are extraordinary.
Start with the supporting cast. For gravitas, Martin Sheen and Sally Field play parental figures Uncle Ben and Aunt May, with Sheen giving Ben the fiery righteousness needed to orient Peter's moral compass in darker days.
Rhys Ifans adds nuanced edge as mad scientist Curt Connors, while Dennis Leary stiffens his spine as police captain George Stacy, out to nab a certain web-slinging vigilante.

Andrew Garfield may be the Amazing Spider-Man, but he's not so amazing when it comes to basketball.
While attending an event at the Madison Boys & Girls Club in Brooklyn on Tuesday, the leading man showed off his slam dunk skills – but judging by this pic, he might be better off sticking to his day job.
At least he was there for a good cause: Garfield, 28, and his Spider-Man costar Emma Stone, 23, were on hand to teach kids the importance of volunteering.
The gathering, part of a larger citywide event called "Be Amazing, Stand Up and Volunteer," was sponsored by Columbia Pictures and the upcoming film, Amazing Spider-Man.
