Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen adopted a beagle-foxhound mix last fall, and he still couldn't be happier.
"I'm madly in love," Cohen told PEOPLE at the ASPCA's 17th Annual Bergh Ball Gala in New York City Thursday night. "My assistant, on the way out tonight, was saying she's never seen me with this look in my eye, and it's true."

It has not been the easiest of times for Bethenny Frankel, between her ongoing bitter divorce battle and the recent cancelation of her talk show. But, Frankel says, she is now beginning to feel "a little liberation."
"I am dating, and I am happy," Frankel, 43, told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live Tuesday night. "I'm good. I feel a little liberation, a little bit of freedom, just a little bit of not feeling so bad. It's been a really, really hard time."
