Someone call the U.N.: There's a civil war brewing in Canada between two of the country's biggest stars, British Columbia's Seth Rogen and Ontario's Justin Bieber.
Rogen appeared on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live Wednesday night to explain a January Tweet, in which he compared the "Baby" singer to a piece of excrement. It turns out, his words were not taken out of context in the slightest.

Brandi Glanville offered an apology of sorts for what some have called racist remarks she made to fellow Housewife Joyce Giraud on a Palm Springs road trip captured on Monday's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Glanville, calling in to Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live talk show on Monday, said her comments were "definitely inappropriate."
"It was definitely not sensitive and I apologize to anyone I offended," Glanville, 40, said by phone. "My friends and I joke with each other this way and they are from all different backgrounds so, I'm sorry. I guess TV is not ready for the real Brandi, but should I censor myself?"

Dressed down in black skinny jeans and a peplum top, a radiant Britney Spears gave a small crowd a sneak peek at her "personal" upcoming album, Britney Jean.
With her long hair down in waves, the singer, 31, even sang along to a few tracks while joking and giggling with the album's executive producer will.i.am and moderator Andy Cohen, who kicked off the evening by asking her what the inspiration was for this particular album.
"It's my most personal," she said. "With the breakup [from ex-fiancé Jason Trawick] this year … what you do to get through it … being with your family and getting through it." As for what gives the pop star fuel in the studio? "I like sushi and skittles," Spears said, laughing.

It was a weekend to remember for Andy Cohen – the Watch What Happens Live host adopted his first dog!
"I've been thinking about a dog for a while," Cohen tells Bravo's The Dish of the beagle/foxhound mix he adopted from New Jersey's See Spot Rescued on Friday. "I just felt like I wanted to open my life up to a dog and I thought rescuing a dog was the right way to go."
The Bravo personality, 45, has named the rescue pup Wacha, in honor of Michael Wacha, the pitcher of his favorite baseball team, the St. Louis Cardinals. And so far, potty training has been a home run.
