Andy Dick was arrested Saturday morning in West Virginia on two felony charges of alleged sexual abuse in the first degree, police confirm.
The comedian, 44, who was in town for weekend performances at the Funny Bone Comedy Club and Restaurant in Huntington, was arraigned Saturday in Cabell County Magistrate Court.
According to the Associated Press, court documents show that the comedian is accused of grabbing a bouncer's crotch earlier in the morning at the Rum Runners bar in Huntington, WV.
Bail was set at $60,000, and Dick's preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 2.
"I have no comment for now because I'm still determining the facts of the case," Dick's attorney Jeffery Rubenstein tells PEOPLE.
This is not Dick's first run-in with the law. In 2008, he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery and marijuana possession in California. The plea stemmed from an incident in which he allegedly "walked up to the 17-year-old female victim, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts," according to a police statement at the time of the arrest.

Seven months after his arrest for assault, public intoxication and drug possession, Andy Dick says he's learned his lesson.
"When I drink I turn into a moron," the comedian, 43, tells Entertainment Tonight. "I think I'm being funny and clever, but I look back on the video tape and I border on retardation."
Dick, who was arrested outside a bar in July and pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery and marijuana possession in October, says that as a public figure he is "a very easy target" for ridicule.

Andy Dick was formally charged with assault and drug possession following an arrest in July, prosecutors in Riverside County, Calif., said Monday.
The comedian, 42, faces a total of four misdemeanors: assault, possession of marijuana and Xanax (without a prescription) and public intoxication. Dick's arraignment is set for Wednesday.
He was not charged with sexual battery, because "after reviewing the evidence, we determined misdemeanor assault was the appropriate charge," said Riverside DA spokesman Ryan Hightower.

Andy Dick was arrested early Wednesday outside a bar in Murrieta, Calif., on drug and sexual battery charges after he allegedly lifted a 17-year-old girl's top in the parking lot, police said.
The 42-year-old comedian, described by police as "extremely intoxicated at the time of his arrest," was later released on $5,000 bail from the Riverside County jail.
Officers responded at 1:13 a.m. to a call of a man urinating and causing a disturbance outside the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant and bar in the community 60 miles southeast of Los Angeles.
The officers stopped a truck leaving the parking lot and witnesses identified Dick in a "curbside lineup" as one of the truck passengers who had "battered" a 17-year-old girl, according to the police statement.
