Angie Everhart's Boyfriend Arrested for Battery

Angie Everhart's boyfriend was arrested Thursday in West Hollywood for investigation of spousal battery following an "incident" between the two that caused minor injuries, police say.
The unidentified man was booked by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department on the misdemeanor charge.
"There was an incident involving Angie Everhart and her boyfriend," says sheriff's Sgt. Scott Wolf. "He was gone from the location of the incident before deputies arrived. There were minor injuries but they did not require medical attention. He was subsequently booked for misdemeanor spousal battery."

Angie Everhart Formally Charged with DUI

Angie Everhart was formally charged with DUI, the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office said Thursday.
Everhart, 38, was arrested in Los Angeles on April 24, after she rolled past a limit line at a stop sign.
She was taken into custody at 2 a.m. and posted bail for $15,000 eight hours later.
If convicted, Everhart faces a maximum penalty of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Model Angie Everhart was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles last Thursday, police records show.
Everhart, 38, was taken into custody at 2 a.m. and posted bail for $15,000 eight hours later.
Los Angeles Police Department had no further details on the arrest. Everhart's rep was unaware of the incident.
