There's something very highbrow about the new man in AnnaSophia Robb's life: he has a royally paw-some name!
The actress has welcomed an adorable new puppy and named him Sir Fergusson, a title commonly given only at knighthood by the Queen of England.
"Meet my new man ... Sir Fergusson. I'm in love!" she shared with an Instagram video (below) of the tiny pooch barking at her feet. When she Tweeted a WhoSay portrait of the pooch, she also created a hashtag, #sirferg, in his honor. (In our opinion, she should take a cue from the famous royal folk across the pond and nickname her caramel-colored little prince Fergie.)

The Carrie Diaries takes place in the early 1980s, but don't expect the decade's style clichés displayed on the show.
"Our whole idea for this was I didn't want it to feel like the joke version of the '80s with people in those thin glasses or parachute pants where even in the '80s we were all kind of thinking, 'Is this a mistake? It think it might be,' " the Sex and the City prequel's executive producer Amy B. Harris said during at the Television Critics Association panel to promote the highly anticipated show.
Instead, Harris says, she and fellow exec producer Stephanie Savage "are really trying to have fun mixing and matching – staying true to the '80s while also keeping the clothes as aspirational and inspirational as possible."

Creators of the CW's upcoming Sex and the City prequel, The Carrie Diaries, say fans should not expect a miniaturized version of iconic HBO show.
"We didn't want to do the Baby Muppets syndrome – 'Oh it's baby Samantha! It's baby Miranda!' " executive producer Amy B. Harris told SATC fans during a screening of the premiere episode on Monday at New York City's School of Visual Arts.
Instead, Harris and creator Candace Bushnell, who was also on hand for the premiere, hope to give 1984's Carrie Bradshaw – played by AnnaSophia Robb – her own identity and a new set of friends, reports Huffington Post.

AnnaSophia Robb has some big – not to mention fashionable – shoes to fill.
The actress, 18, is set to play a high school version of the Manolo Blahnik-obsessing, love-chasing Carrie Bradshaw, a role originated by Sarah Jessica Parker in HBO's Sex and the City, The Hollywood Reporter confirms.
The CW has ordered a pilot episode of The Carrie Diaries, which will chronicle Bradshaw's teen days in '80s Manhattan, long before penning her sex column.
