She may have twerked a bad Santa onstage, but by the time Miley Cyrus arrived backstage she had transformed from naughty to nice.

Ariana Grande may have been born a little late to understand the reference, but her look at the American Music Awards Sunday night inevitably drew comparisons to sultry cartoon vixen Jessica Rabbit, from 1988's Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
The 20-year-old's strapless Dolce & Gabbana gown didn't have a thigh-high split, and Grande accessorized with a Jimmy Choo clutch and Tacori jewels rather than arm-length gloves, but her flowing tresses were more than a little similar to Jessica's Veronica Lake-esque 'do.

Get your DVRs ready because you're going to want to hit rewind when performers including Lady Gaga and Miley Cyrus take the stage at the 2013 American Music Awards on Sunday.
While Katy Perry is kicking off the night with her new single "Unconditionally," and Justin Timberlake, Ariana Grande, One Direction and Christina Aguilera will also be performing, we have a feeling that Gaga and Cyrus will steal the show with their over-the-top performances.
Meat dresses, seashell bras, burning pianos and fake blood, foam fingers, barely there bikinis, latex-clothed little people … we're wondering how they're going to top their previous awards show performances, but Gaga, who'll be singing "Do What U Want" with R. Kelly, gave a hint of what's to come.

Fans clamoring to see Ariana Grande perform songs from her brand-new album will have to wait just a little bit longer.
The pop star revealed Wednesday that she has to take some time off to allow a hemorrhaged vocal cord to heal. Grande, 20, announced the news the same week her debut album, Yours Truly, reached number one on the Billboard 200 chart.
"First day off in forever ... Vocal rest and watching movies in with my best friend @alexaluria dunno what I'd do without her," the singer and actress Tweeted Wednesday.
