Ashlee Simpson: Bronx Loves the New Puppy

After introducing a new baby to the household, Ashlee Simpson and her family have reached a good balance.
In May, Simpson brought home a French bulldog puppy named Alabama, and her 3-year-old son Bronx had mixed feelings about his furry sibling.
"At first he was so excited, and then he was like, 'Wait! She's playing with my toys!'" Simpson told PEOPLE last week at the launch of the Samsung Galaxy III in New York. "Now he is so in love with her. It's great."

Joe Manganiello showed off one lucky lady on Thursday night, when he made an appearance at an event in Beverly Hills.
The Magic Mike star stopped by a private residence to attend the Samsung Galaxy S III launch, where he arrived with a "tall, leggy blonde on his arm," an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "His date was usually by his side throughout the whole night."
At one point in the evening, the pair was "canoodling and definitely getting cozy," the source says.
But Manganiello, who seemed like he was "in a great mood," also devoted time to chat with some other celebrities at the party. Ashlee Simpson, Anna Kendrick and a pregnant Anna Faris were among the other famous attendees.

Has Ashlee Simpson caught baby fever?
The singer, who became an aunt earlier this month, recently brought home a kind of baby of her own – a white French bulldog puppy.
Simpson was spotted Saturday holding tight to her new dog while catching a flight out of Los Angeles International Airport. The puppy stayed wrapped in a plush blue blanket as Simpson made her way past paparazzi.

The well wishes are pouring in for Jessica Simpson and her fiancé, Eric Johnson, who welcomed their first daughter, Maxwell Drew, Tuesday.
"Proud PaPaJoe !! Beautiful baby girl... What a miracle!" excited grandfather Joe Simpson Tweeted Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Jessica's sister, Ashlee, told PEOPLE she's already "in love" with her niece. "Jessica has wanted to be a mom since we were little girls and I couldn't be more excited for her and Eric," she said.
Fellow mom-to-be Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi also had words of encouragement.

Just hours after Jessica Simpson gave birth to daughter Maxwell Drew, her sister Ashlee Simpson says she's smitten with the newest family member.
"Bronx and I are in love with Maxwell already!" Ashlee, who is mom to 3-year-old son Bronx, tells PEOPLE exclusively. "Jessica has wanted to be a mom since we were little girls and I couldn't be more excited for her and Eric!"
Ashlee has already begun spoiling her niece: In March, she gifted her with a tiny Fendi dress and matching garment bag while celebrating the impending birth at Jessica's Charlotte's Web-themed baby shower.

This is turning into some May Day for Jessica Simpson.
At the center of the event everyone's been waiting for, the expectant mother was joined at the hospital by her family and that of her fiancé, Eric Johnson, according to new photographs of the families – including sister Ashlee Simpson.
The relatives aren't the only ones awaiting the arrival. Katy Perry expressed her eagerness in a Tweet, saying, "Has Jessica Simpson had that baby yet?! I'm getting anxious."

Pete Wentz Takes His Girlfriend on a Shopping Spree – at Target!

Apparently for Pete Wentz, new love can make even the most mundane activities seem romantic.
The rocker hit the Target in West Hollywood for what appeared to be some shopping and a leisurely stroll through the aisles with his girlfriend Megan Camper. The couple, wearing almost identical outfits, with Wentz accenting his grey jeans and hoodie with a black baseball cap, wandered around together. Wentz leaned over as he pushed the shopping cart that Camper was gently guiding with one hand.
The twosome went largely unrecognized, laughing with each other and chatting over the cart as they slowly made their way up and down the aisles.
Meanwhile, Wentz's ex, Ashlee Simpson, was spending the day in New York, hanging out with her boyfriend Vincent Piazza and son Bronx. – Reagan Alexander

"She was literally glowing," a source says of the pregnant starlet, who also wore five-inch heels to the soiree. She and Lachey spent their evening dancing together and being generally
affectionate – with Nick rubbing Vanessa's belly. They also chatted up Kellan Lutz and discussed how they're preparing for their baby's arrival.
Also at the party: Joe Jonas, Wilmer Valderrama and Ashlee Simpson, who spent the night hanging out with Minka Kelly – a recent companion of Valderrama's.

A Very Pregnant Jessica Simpson Walks Down the Aisle – at a Friend's Wedding

After celebrating their baby shower last weekend, Jessica Simpson and fiancé Eric Johnson had another busy weekend at the Palm Springs wedding of Simpson's friend and former assistant, Lauren Zelman, to Breaking In actor Bret Harrison.
The wedding festivities started on Friday with a rehearsal dinner at Las Casuelas Nuevas restaurant in Rancho Mirage. Wearing a floor-length emerald-green dress with jeweled platform sandals, "Jessica looked stunning," a source tells PEOPLE. "She was moving very slowly and Eric held on to her tightly so she wouldn't trip in her shoes." The singer gave a toast to the couple, and "everyone seemed to have fun," the source continues.
On Saturday, Simpson and her sister Ashlee were bridesmaids in the sunset wedding ceremony, which took place in the garden at the Parker Hotel.
According to an eyewitness, "Jessica was escorted down the aisle by a wedding coordinator so she wouldn't fall. It was difficult for her to get around, but she was a great sport and kept smiling. Everyone at the wedding was doting on Jessica and seemed very understanding. And Lauren seemed very happy that Jessica was able to be a part of her wedding. "
Also in the bridal party was Ashlee's 3-year-old son Bronx Wentz. "Bronx was the ring bearer," the eyewitness adds. "He broke down in tears several times, but Ashlee was great and kept making him smile again."

It was apparently a baby shower fit for a queen.
Jessica Simpson – who celebrated her baby on-the-way on Sunday with sister Ashlee Simpson and close pal Jessica Alba – seems to have had the time of her life, thanks to her all-star party planner.
"All day yesterday felt like a perfect dream!" Simpson, 31, Tweeted on Monday. "Thank you @MindyWeiss for the best baby shower any mommy could ever want! Love u!"
