• Ashley Tisdale got a hand in the gym – from her personal trainer. The actress sported gray workout clothes as she worked out with weights and focused on strength training at Equinox West Hollywood. She also sipped water and listened intently to instructions from her trainer.

Eminem Storms Out of MTV Movie Awards

Eminem returned to the spotlight Sunday, spitting the lyrics of his name-dropping singles "We Made You" and "Crack A Bottle" from his hit album Relapse at the MTV Movie Awards. But not long after his performance, he stormed away from his seat in the auditorium when Sacha Baron Cohen, dressed as his flamboyant character Brüno in angel wings and a barely-visible thong, descended on wires and landed face down in the rapper's lap.

Bodyguards pounced and Eminem's entourage made its exit in what was the most outrageous moment of a night of filled with irreverence. Other examples: host Andy Samberg spoofing box office hits like Slumdog Millionaire (which was nominated six times but came up empty handed) and Star Trek, Amy Poehler accepting the Golden Popcorn trophy for the best "WTF moment" and Forest Whitaker singing an operatic rendition of Samberg's Emmy Award winning song "D– in a Box."

But the night belonged to the film sensation Twilight, which picked up five awards, including the top prize for best movie.

Ashley Tisdale and Her Ex Are Still 'Good Friends'

Ashley Tisdale recently split from her boyfriend, Jared Murillo of the boy band V Factory, but the pair are as friendly as ever.

"They remain good friends," Murillo's dad Alex tells PEOPLE exclusively, of his son, 20, and Tisdale, 23. "They are in the same circle, they have the same friends. And you know what? You never know how life turns out. They might hook up again, you just never know."

Adds Murillo's dad, "I think it was just the right time to do what they did."

HSM Stars Encounter Fans – in the Bathroom!

Screaming fans on the street – fabulous. But in the bathroom?

The cast members of Disney's megahit High School Musical are opening up about their most awkward fan encounters.

"I was at an In-N-Out ... and I was actually going to the bathroom and [people] put their napkins underneath the stall!" Ashley Tisdale said Sunday at a press conference for High School Musical 3: Senior Year. "That was the weirdest place someone's ever asked me for my autograph."

Pal Vanessa Hudgens had the same experience, adding that she "finished my business first" before signing.

Ashley Tisdale Doesn't 'Understand the Fuss' over Zac Efron

Everywhere he goes, frenzied crowds of girls scream Zac Efron's name. But Ashley Tisdale isn't one of them.

"I've never looked at Zac that way because he's always been like a younger brother to me," the 23-year-old High School Musical star tells Britain's Daily Mail. "Girls go crazy over him, but I've just never been attracted to him in that way."

The problem? "I'm three years older than him," she says. "That makes a major difference when you are young."

And while she concedes that Efron – who turns 21 on Oct. 18 – is "definitely hot," Tisdale just can't see him as a heartthrob.

"He's a great actor, but I still don't understand what everyone's making the fuss about," she says. "The hysteria over him is all rather surreal."
