IDENTIFIED: First Twin Barbara Bush has been seen keeping company in New York, Washington and Texas with a tall, dark-haired young man named Jay Blount, The Washington Post reports. The official word from the White House is that Blount has been "identified only as a friend of the family," though The Post says Blount, like Barbara and her presidential father and grandfather before her, is a Yalie – class of '05 and a founding member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. Two years ago, according to the Yale Daily News, he was named one of the New Haven campus's "50 Most Beautiful People."
