Barbara Eden made headlines last weekend when she stepped out on stage at the Vienna Life Ball 2013 wearing a costume like the one from her popular '60s sitcom I Dream of Jeannie.
Now 78-years-young, Eden assures PEOPLE that the iconic midriff-baring costume had no special alterations.
"The costume was made for a Lexus commercial I did," Eden tells PEOPLE. "About 10 years after the show went off the air. It has to have been at least 30 years."

No, you are not dreaming.
Decidedly fulfilling the wishes of countless I Dream of Jeannie fans, Barbara Eden dusted off her genie garb for Saturday's Life Ball charity event in Vienna.
It's been more than 40 years since she hung up her then-controversial crop top and harem pants when the sitcom wrapped in 1970 after five seasons. But on Saturday, the actress, 78, even revisited that iconic braided 'do – to the delight of a few very special fans.
