Don't believe the hype!
Despite a slew of wedding reports, it seems Howard Stern and Beth Ostrosky are still single.
"We are not married," Ostrosky told PEOPLE Thursday night at The Bridge, a golf club in Bridgehampton, New York, where Sotheby's unveiled works by artist Damien Hirst for an upcoming auction.
So what sparked all the wedding talk last week? She said the happy couple hosted a "family celebration" at their Hamptons home on Aug. 23 – prompting the press to assume it was the big day.
"It was a beautiful, beautiful event," said the model, who has been engaged to the shock jock since last Valentine's Day. "I wore a white dress and Howard wore white pants and a blue shirt. But it was just a celebration of the wedding. The real thing is in October."

Fiancée: Howard Stern No Runaway Groom
Originally posted 07/14/2008 05:00PM
Unlike Chris Noth's Mr. Big character in Sex and the City – who left Sarah Jessica Parker's Carrie Bradshaw waiting at the altar – Howard Stern is not experiencing any last-minute change of heart, according to his soon-to-be bride.
Although, as far as that ever-elusive wedding date is concerned, "Honestly, we haven't figured it out," Beth Ostrosky insisted at Sunday's Hamptons premiere of the movie musical Mama Mia, sponsored by Blackberry.
Still, Ostrosky, who turns 36 on Tuesday, tells Hamptons magazine, "Howard and I were on the lawn the other day, hanging out, saying that we absolutely cannot wait to get married. There are no pre-wedding jitters. It's all excitement and joy."

Howard Stern, Bride-to-Be: Now a City Wedding
Originally posted 03/21/2008 02:00PM
Still intent on marching down the aisle together, Howard Stern and Beth Ostrosky have once again revised plans as to where their wedding will take place.
Whereas recently the bride-to-be – whose engagement to the Sirius Radio star turned 1 year old on Valentine's Day last month – told PEOPLE that the ceremony would occur in New York's Hamptons, that rural setting may now be swapped for an urban one.
"We're going to get our friends together at a restaurant, very low-key … in the city," Stern, 54, holding hands with his 35-year-old fiancé, told PEOPLE at Thursday's Cinema Society and GQ screening of Stop-Loss, in Manhattan.
No further details were forthcoming, as Stern, fresh from two glasses of wine, said he needed to get to the men's room. Fast.
